Large and bright living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony with a perfect view of the sunset, beach, and pier! Bourbon Sunset is less than a block away from Pier Park, directly across the street from the beach, and within walking distance to your favorite local restaurants and activities.

Bourbon Sunset offers:

* 2 "Master" Suites w/suite bathrooms. Includes memory foam King bed!

Perfect Location And Condo

The condo is conveniently located next to Pier Park and plenty of shopping and restaurants so there is no need to drive once you arrive and park. The elevators are quick and don’t scare me. The cafe has amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the pool is great. The outdoor tiki bar has the best employees! The condo itself is very spacious with 3 beds and 2 full baths. The laundry room was stocked with detergent and beach toys and chairs for your use, however beach chairs were prepaid for us with umbrellas for the week which was a great surprise! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and pots/pans and dishes and a dishwasher. The living area has a nice coach and great ocean views. The balcony was relaxing and nice furniture to relax in. The master was spacious with a big walk in closet. Will definitely be back! No complaints!!

Awesome condo and location

We had such a great stay at bourbon sunset Condo is awesome very clean and spacious it has everything you need to feel like home! Great location as well very close to a lot of great bars and restaurants and a short walk to pier park. The building is so nice and clean, pool is awesome we all had a great time, Owners provide a lot of amenities, beach chairs toys, surf boards and kitchen is fully equipped just like description, and the best of all quick response if you need them. We will sure be back next year!

Will definitely stay here again. Wasn't expecting Shampoos, conditioners ,etc. Very nice extra.

Everything was a great experience. Easy checking and out. Unit is very nice.

Beautiful condo!

My son and I enjoyed our week there! The condo was a beautiful place to stay and we loved the short walk to the beach each day.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time celebrating with our 80 year old grandmaw at the beach! The condo was perfect. The beds were super comfy and I love the walk on shower. We would definitely stay here again.
