Thank you for your feedback about Calypso 1008W. I’m sorry cleanliness and the towel shortage fell short of expectations — we’ll address this with our housekeeping team, deep-clean the floors and living room rug, and make sure towel inventory meets occupancy for 8 guests. Thank you for reporting the washer/dryer; I’m glad we were able to replace the appliances quickly. We’ll also review the listing photos for accuracy and discuss furniture updates and adding bedside rugs with the property team to improve comfort.
