The Alexander Wilson House at 178 Unit B Saint Philip St. is a 2-bed 2-bath gem blending modern comfort with Charleston’s rich history just one block from King St. Recognized with 5 Carolopolis Awards and the SC Governor’s Award for Historic Restoration, this retreat offers a perfect location for families or groups seeking an authentic Charleston experience.
Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bath, end tables, reading lamps, computer/dressing table, and double closet.
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, ensuite bath with soaking tub or kids’ bath, side table, and dressing table.
Bathroom 1: Marble and tile bath with shower head, separate hand held shower, and glass shower.
Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combination, glass door, rain shower head, and separate handheld shower.
Living Room:
Sofa-sleeper, two upholstered swivel chairs, flat-screen TV, coffee table, marble top end tables.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with modern appliances, combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine, all the small electric gadgets, opens to the living room and dining area.
This unit has its own private porch with comfortable outdoor seating!

- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
