**This studio is quaint, cozy, and comfortable and is attached to main residence with a private and separate entrance.
**Kitchenette has a 10.5 cu. ft. refrigerator, microwave, induction cook-top, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and kitchenware.
**Bed is queen-sized with a very comfortable mattress and memory foam topper.
**Studio has 2 large, deep, mirrored closets with shelves.
**Bathroom has double vanity with both a shower and a Japanese soaking tub.
**Access to small fenced yard with a private patio and outdoor-seating.
