Great place.
Very nice location and great 1 bedroom apartment. Seclude and quote location. The best part was the close proximity to downtown Tallahassee and FSU.

We have lived in Florida for over 40 years. Several years in Winter Park(Central Florida) and the past 18 in Tallahassee!
We raised 3 sons and 1 daughter who are all happily married and blessing us with a growing family! We are semi-retired and enjoying work outs, long walks, cooking and travel to see our grandkids(and their parents)!
We love our home and truly enjoy sharing it with others!

Our love for older homes attracted us to this house and neighborhood. We enjoy the privacy of a beautiful acre with plentiful trees and greenery!

Our house was built in 1932. We bought it in 2018 and completely renovated and remodeled the home. The house was set up for two suites upstairs which was something that attracted us to it. We decided to take on the project and turn them into STR’s. We both enjoyed the process and have loved sharing them over the years and meeting people in the process!
