This is a newly renovated 2BR 1 Bath apartment on the first floor located central off Meridian, a Canopy Road, in Tallahassee, just a short ride or walk to shopping, Whole Foods, Riccardos, ABC, Publix, Walmart, Food Glorious Food, Winthrop Park, Planet Fitness and hundreds of nearby restaurants and coffee shops, Near John Knox and the Trousdell Aquatics Center. These units come with over the top line beds, 3 Tv's and fast internet-20 minutes to just about anywhere in Tallahassee. Pool 0.9 mi.

Simply the best apartment in Tallahassee. We won’t stay anywhere else when we come to town. This place has high end bedding, first class furnishings, and is always clean and provides everything you need. You will love this place!

Steve was a great host. Check in was smooth, place was just as described in listing. The first night I did reach out to Steve (at about 10:15pm) regarding the guests in the upstairs unit being loud. He responded right away and took care of it. I did not hear another sound that night or any other night during my stay. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and it had every th inf you needed for a relaxing vacation. I will definitely stay there again when I come into town.

Clean and easy to find

We only stayed one night in our way down into Florida for a family thing. The beds were very comfortable and the place was well decorated. The host was very nice. We came into town late and he called to check in since we hadn't arrived, which was thoughtful... thank you

My goal is to offer the safest, most comfortable, best value short term rental experience for my guests. As a local property manager, my office is around the corner and should you have any issue we can respond quickly to resolve any issue with our units. As fellow travelers we think the sleeping experience is paramount to relaxation so each bed is ultra comfortable. One room has a Puffy Hybrid Lux and the other has a firmer Lull mattress. The location is just a couple minutes to downtown, College town, FSU or Florida A & M and about 30 minutes to the Coast at St. Marks.

This is not a mega development. Your vehicle is right outside the window and we have motion lights, a ring camera system, wireless locks and deadbolts as needed. There is very little traffic on this cul-de-sac right off Meridian Road.
