Clubhaven- Luxury 2 Bedroom w/ office Near RDU & RTP

Be one of the first guests to enjoy this newly renovated two bedroom townhome with an open flowing floor plan.

The dining room opens to the living room, both sharing a cathedral ceiling. There is a workspace for those who need to get in some work while traveling with plenty of natural light.

We are minutes from the Raleigh (RDU) airport, retail shops, restaurants, breweries, and fun.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed with a larger master bathroom with both a tub and standing shower. Once inside the bathroom you’ll also find a large walk-in closet to store all your belongings.

The second bedroom with a queen bed and ample closet space has a door that opens into the guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. The guest bathroom is also accessible from the main space.

In the kitchen you will find a Keurig Duo coffee machine to start (or end!) your day. There is a electric range/stove and a pantry where you will find basic cleaning supplies if you need to clean up spills.

In the main living space you’ll find the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer.

You will enjoy the office space that has a natures view of the back yard while you can read a book or catch up on work.

PLEASE NOTE:

The garage is off limits to guests and locked for owner storage. Guests may park one car in the driveway in front of the garage and one car on the opposite side of the street. Do not block other driveways. A maximum of two cars is permitted per stay at any time.

Guests do not have access to the neighborhood amenities.

You'll receive instructions for self-check in 3 days before you arrive. You can reach our property manager or one of our family members via the app if you need assistance; we're happy to help!

Once you exit the neighborhood, you’re just a mile or so away from places to eat and shop such as Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Starbucks, Harris Teeter, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and more!

Looking for something fun to do? Located just a mile away, check out Frankie’s of Raleigh! They have mini-golf, go-karts, bumper cars, laser tag and so much more.
Guests must respect the neighbors, one wall is shared. Please keep noise to a minimum. The home is equipped with noise monitoring hardware indoors.

Weekend Business Trip

Enjoyed the stay other than the sofa and lack of other seating. The sofa was older and very uncomfortable. The only other option was a small chair. Updated furniture would make it more enjoyable.

Quiet place and close to everything

We were there for a few days but without a doubt it is a place to stay for long periods of time, it has everything required for long stays. It's close to everything.I thought the noise from the airport was going to be a problem, but we didn't hear anything, and the highway behind us wasn't noisy either.The place is much bigger than it looks in the photos.It is close to everything, in minutes you can get anywhere.

Great place!

I came to Raleigh for surgery and recuperated in this lovely place. It was convenient to my doctor in the Greenbriar area. The hosts were so kind and responsive. The place is spotless and has everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable.

Perfect Spot for New Year’s Family Visit

This is a great property that is close to everything! We felt safe in the neighborhood, which was very quiet- the listing is accurately represented, was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and responded to us in a timely manner. We’ll be back for sure!

Great place

We stopped in Raleigh for 6 nights. This place was perfect. Close to grocery. Some restaurants. Place was clean, had everything we needed, and neighborhood felt very safe.

home away from home

I recently stayed two weeks at this VRBO and it worked very well for me while I was working with one of the tech companies in RTP. No major issues but please note that the 4 lane hwy is directly behind the home, so use of the white noise in the bedrooms is a good addition. Noise not too bad in front BR, however sitting outside is a bit noisy. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful little getaway!

The property was very clean. The location was convenient to what to traveled there for. Lots of nice amenities included. I always enjoy having a kitchen to myself while on vacation. Quiet neighborhood. You could hear a little bit of traffic noise, but personally it wasn't too bothersome. I appreciate that they have noise machines on the property to combat that. I also liked that there was some seating on the back patio. Very relaxing. Great stay overall. Would come back!

Galaxy Con 2024

From entry into the door and allowing my fur babies to stay, i was so in love with everything about this property. The family too! We had access to great food for breakfast. Another broken egg and first watch plus food truck called Soul Forking Good for lunch. We wiil definitely stay again when in the area. I hope we return very soon.

Lovely Stay in a Charming Home

We were visiting with family in the area. It was a completely rainy week, but we were grateful for the downtime in a home that had everything we needed. We mostly stayed in, cooked, played games. We enjoyed our time here - it was quite comfortable for our family of 4. Our host was incredibly attentive. We highly recommend this property.

It looks exactly like the pics

The place was great! Only problem i had was the kitchen amenities. I just needed a frying pan to cook eggs- can you believe not a single frying pan? There was a griddle type pan that was aloped and didn’t fit on the burner. Sounds like a little thing but if you need to cook- well good luck. Everything else was great!

This home is one of the better ones out there.. it is exactly as advertised... it is clean and the rooms are ample size The community is very pleasant and quiet The pool was great and convenient.
