Summary:

This BEAUTIFUL Villa surrounded by nature is the perfect place to enjoy Miami.



The best thing is that it’s right next to the canal and if you are lucky you can see fishes, turtles AND EVEN MANATEES!!!!!



The private backyard is breathtaking. There’s a sparkling heated pool (request 48 hours prior), a beach volleyball court and a waterfront view.



You can also enjoy an outdoor dining table, a grill, a fire pit, outdoor furniture, sun loungers and many chill spots such as hanging chairs/swings.



Inside the house you will find everything you need; like a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms with all the essentials.



There’s also a luxurious pool table, a spacious living room with a Smart TV and an elegant dining table.



Located only a few minutes away from everything you may want to visit like the beach and the best nightlife in Miami.



The Space:

BEDROOMS:



1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a Smart TV and access to a full private bathroom.

2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a Smart TV and access to a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, a Smart TV and access to a shared bathroom with a bathtub.

4. Bedroom with TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a full private bathroom.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.



THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.



The Neighborhood:

El Portal is a village in Miami-Dade County. The Villa is located in a nice and safe residential neighborhood. You can find restaurants, bars and many other places that are really close.



The best thing is that its only a few minutes away from the beach.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No parties.

- No gatherings.

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.

If you’re looking to rent a car, we have you covered!



For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

This home is absolutely a false representation of what’s in the photos. The floor in this home is falling apart. Literally the floor is sinking in the dining room area. You can tell that money was spent to remodel some areas and other areas were not done professionally. The outside furniture by the pool was old moldy. Two of the bathrooms have extremely old tubs that were converted into half done showers. The couch in the living room is old and peeling and the seat covers were dirty so they placed old sheets over them. The fridge smelled like old fish. The home is infested with roaches. INFESTED WITH ROACHES! There were baby roaches all in the kitchen area. It won’t let me upload the video I recorded of the roaches. It was absolutely disgusting. I informed the host of these issues and nothing was done. DO NOT BOOK WITH GLAM HOMES!

Great house

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had such a great time! The house is beautiful and very spacious. The back yard was beautiful and full of iguanas. Aaron was great with communication too!

Great place to stay

Place was as advertised. Everything was clean with plenty of linens and towels. Pool was nice and the outdoor space was perfect. Had no issue with noise. Area is solid, we didn't explore it much since it's primarily residential. Pretty close to everything with an uber/lyft.

Our family stay at this Villa was a lot of fun. The outdoor area is amazing. The place does indeed have a pickleball court even though the description says sand volleyball. Aaron was a nice host but his responses seemed automated as if written by AI. This house is managed by a management company and team that services multiple houses. When the provided Wifi network was unavailable, we were given a different house's network name because they manage so many homes. We were able to get access to the internet, just with our house's number. I also requested a pack and play for our 12 month old weeks in advance and was told it would be ready for us upon arrival. There was no pack and play and Aaron's replies were always "let me check with the team." We finally received one around 830pm which was very late for our 12 month old who had traveled all day. Though the house is able to sleep many guests there is only one bath towel per guest. We requested a few more but never received them. The outdoor area is fantastic and where we spent the majority of our time. The firepit ignition did not work, so we had to buy a lighter in order to start it. We couldn't find a projector and we didn't bring one so we could not use the outdoor theater. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable but the living room was not. There is only one couch that is falling apart. We had black pieces of pleather on all our clothes from the couch. The dining area flooring felt unstable in many spots as well

Bachelorette Party

Stayed here for a bachelorette party, it fit 11 of us perfectly and the house is beautiful. We loved the backyard with the pool and the canal. The house is beautiful and clean. There wasn’t much communication before the trip but during our stay Aaron was very prompt and helpful. I highly recommend this place! Location is amazing in terms of being close to everything which is a huge reason why we booked this house to begin with.

Family Christmas vacation

Property was wonderful - quiet street, huge back yard with pool, fire pit, volleyball, canal. Only a few issues - maintenance needed for a bed that broke, and pool patio umbrella was broken. Aside from these and a couple of other minor issues, the house was beautiful and spacious, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great House and location

Aaron and I had a couple communication hiccups caused by multiple parties communicating with him about house questions. With a little more proactiveness on my end it could have been addressed. Perfect house for what we needed and location was within 15-20 minutes of where we needed to be. Would rent from this group again.

Beautiful house

The house and backyard were beautiful. Everything was very clean. The common areas are great for a large group. The pool is amazing. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed — cutting boards, silverware, glassware, a coffee maker, etc. There was no cot in the house and when made aware of it, Aaron promptly had an air mattress delivered to the house which was helpful. There are no towel hooks at all in any bathroom or bedroom in the house. I had confirmed with Aaron on a checkout time via email, but then later got what was perhaps an automated email from Aaron with the original checkout time, so I needed to confirm with him again on our adjusted checkout time. Everything else was great and the place exceeded expectations.

We stayed at Aaron's place for my wife's birthday with several friends and had a wonderful time. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was the highlight but it also is in a bird sanctuary so seeing all the wildlife was an added bonus. Its close to lots of restaurants (tho you will need short ubers for most). Aaron was a very communitive host and even let us drop our bags off early. I would highly recommend Aaron's place if you're looking to host in Miami.

Amazing stay

It’s the most beautiful house I’ve stayed and amazing host. The location is great, super safe and there’s a lot of things to do around. I’ve also enjoyed the view that the house has of the Canal. Highly recommend the experience.
