Great place at the beach!

This condo is great! The location is nice, easy access to the beach, and a nice view! It was very clean and welcoming. Only suggestion would be in the guest room to add a black out curtain to help with the light coming in from the hallway.

The location was perfect! The view from the porch was the best place to have the coffee every morning. Close proximity to the fort short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed as far as cooking items and utensils. Beds comfy there is a couple of spots that may need to be addressed cause medically but it did not affect our stay whatsoever everything was clean..

Clean and great views! Can’t wait to come back

We loved staying at this Atlantic beach condo, being on the 3rd floor and ocean facing gives amazing views even from inside! Sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee in the mornings was my favorite way to start the day (along with a walk on the beach with the super fast/direct access). The condo was very clean and stocked with the essentials, and worked great for us needing to work remotely too. We look forward to coming back very soon!

A lot to be desired

This house is not at bright and sparkling as what is seen in the photos on the listing. The kitchen is new but the improvements stop there. The bathrooms are in serious need of TLC. This location is super close to the beach with gorgeous views, but if you're staying in Seaspray, you have other options.

Excellent view

Overall as described. Excellent view. Enough room and basically clean. I’m OCD so I’d do things a bit differently. Definitely worth what we paid. Excellent communication with property. Water nozzles in main bathroom will test your patience at first. We will definitely be going back. I do not recommend for anyone who struggles with stairs and has lots to carry.

Review

The condo is really nice but you have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to it. There was nothing in the listing about there not being a elevator. The beds are hard as a rock. And of course there wasn’t enough wash rags for the stay had to go buy some just to make it through the 4 day 3 night stay.

Kim, we strive to be transparent in our listings and want to clarify that our home does not list an elevator as an amenity. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Additionally, this property is not listed as ADA compliant and we want you to know you could have reached out to our Guest Services team prior to booking to make sure you booked a home that fits your needs. Two washcloths per max occupant are provided, along with washer/dryer access and laundry detergent, but we're sorry if this did not suit your party. While we acknowledge that beds will not suit everyone's specific preferences, we regret that ours was not comfortable for you. We have shared this with the local manager and appreciate your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.

Weekend Getaway

Space was very nice but this unit has a mold issue. One pice of wall art was on the kitchen counter when we checked in and covered in mold. Both closets had signs of mildew and mold on walls. There was duct work in master closet that is a major fire hazard if bulb is left on to long because it had already melted into duct. Walls and entire smell of unit had signs of water damage.

No Compassion

Due to unforeseen medical issues we were not able to stay. We were not looking for a refund, but to change to another available date in October and the owner would not even consider the option. The option for exchange the trip should not be available on VRBO if the owner would not even consider it.

The description of this property needs to be clear upfront that there is no elevator in the building. This wasn't an issue for us, but for anyone with mobility issues it would be difficult to navigate 3 flights of stairs (that are partially exposed to weather and can be wet) and that the unit is several doors down the hallway. Otherwise the unit was pretty much as described although more run-down than the images show. The view from the deck is wonderful though.

What they don't tell you in the listing!

Third floor condo with NO elevator. King sized bed has probably gone way beyond its usefulness as it sags a bit on one side as isnt comfortable at all. Not sure where the laundry area is...directions would be helpful. AC was programed to return to 77 after manually setting to 72, not sure what that was about but to wake up in the middle of the night and having to deal with the ac isnt what i wanted to be doing on vacation.
