Our Casa Green beach house is beautiful and spacious with plenty of bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 20 with a 5 minute walk to the white sands and emerald waters of Crystal Beach in Destin.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, a prestigious area for families, Casa Green encompasses a quiet and safe village feel while also being near many attractions including Destin Commons shopping area and other small centers with restaurants, stores, movie theater, supermarkets, playgrounds, and water parks.
Our amazing private pool can be heated and is right outside the living room and is surrounded by an 8 feet full privacy fence!
3,100 sq. ft. first floor featuring an open floor plan with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with 9 ft. granite island and seating to accommodate 20 comfortably.
6-seater golf cart accessible for guest use to the beach and all the local amenities.
Seven (7) flat screen TVs throughout the house, private heated pool, outdoor shower, grill, and parking for up to 6 cars. Most complete entertainment package (ALL channels in all rooms, sports including HBO, Wii, Netflix, Hulu, Blu Ray and more).
Master Bedroom 1: 1st Floor - King bed, large closet, flat screen TV and large bathroom with shower, bath tub and double vanity.
Master Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor - King bed, large closet, flat screen TV, and private balcony with chairs. Oversize master bathroom with shower, bath tub and double vanity.

This property has plenty of space for our entire family and is in a prime location. When visiting it allows everyone to have their own private space but still enjoy one another. Everything about our wonderful beach home was thoughtfully designed to be the perfect beach house for your vacation. Spacious beautifully designed spaces, lots of bedrooms (6) and baths (5.5) to comfortably accommodate up to 20 people, a very short walk to the white sands and "emerald" waters of Crystal Beach in Destin Florida, private yard and pool.

We have a great maintenance manager that can get to the house in minutes. Just text me, for ANYTHING you need or missing.
Our pool cleaning team cleans the pool twice a week to ensure you and your kids always enjoy cleanest water!
Enjoy Fast internet and cable TV package in all 6 rooms as well as Netflix/Hulu/Amazon streaming in both masters and the living room.
