Large beautiful home, perfect for our 5 adults and 7 teenagers. We loved the convertible ping pong/pool/air hockey table, though we couldn’t figure out how or if we could turn it on for air hockey. Kitchen was organized with cabinet and drawer labels, and plenty of silverware and plates for a large group. The pool area was so nice and the kids had a blast. We paid to have the pool heated but in early November, the water was still cool. Close walk to the beach, and the golf cart had to be the highlight! The host was very responsive and even had the house ready for us early. A perfect way to celebrate our daughter’s Army training graduation with a relaxing weekend at this lovely home so close to the beautiful beach!

We've stayed here multiple years and are always so pleased with how well this house accomodates our larges family. Spacious rooms, great pool area, and the golf cart is a great added bonus.

Excellent vacation spot!

We had a great time in this house. Pool and golf cart made it extra special for the whole family. It was more room than we needed for our family of nine, but nice to have the extra space. We had no issues with the property. Clean and well kept. Would definitely book again!

The house was lovely, check-in was easy, and our contact person responded quickly to our texts. The only issue we had was with the kitchen—some of the pots and pans had grease and crumbs on them and needed a thorough cleaning before use.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house . Although considering it is supposed to accommodate 20 people , we had very limited kitchen supplies for the weeks stay . Pans were disgusting and old . No plastic or glass cooking ware.limited Tupperware/storage containers.Also , the pool was not maintained at all during the stay , stated in the welcome package they were going to be there twice a week. The towels were worn and few . Also not one kitchen towel was provided . While the house is in a good location , it is quite a ways from the beach when having to set up stake daily . Big house , but needs updating ! Manager was mostly prompt to respond , but never answered about beach umbrellas , chairs available with current inventory . Also , the beds need to be updated ! Good neighborhood, no safety concerns .

The property was as advertised. It fit multiple families comfortably. The shared areas gave us plenty of space to eat, play cards, ping pong, etc. The golf cart was in good shape and reliable. It was very helpful getting around town.

Best Girls Trip

The house was perfect, plenty of beds and bathrooms and excellent location, quick walk to the beach and the golf cart was so much fun to cruise around in. Barb was excellent and answering our questions and helping us with anything.

The location is great, the golf cart came in handy and the outside area is as presented. We ended up having a great time but...The pictures online are clearly from when the house was first ready and since then it has not been well maintained. The carpet, bed linens, beds and couches all need to be replaced from lots of use. It was quite underwhelming when we arrived.The cleaners are not doing a good job and if it were me I would switch companies b/c we had to clean several areas upon arrival.It's a beautiful property in a great location but it needs some love and attention.

What a great place for a big group. The pool and outdoor area make it a great spot to hang out when you aren't at the beach. The golf cart makes it really easy to get to the beach (and fun). Great place with plenty of room!

Perfect house for our group

We were a group of 11 with a bunch of different couples. The house was perfect for what we needed! Lots of space and bathrooms for the entire group. The pool was perfect to hang around and the beach is a super easy walk.The golf cart was also super helpful for getting to some local spots.

Very spacious

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family of 12. Plenty of space and the heated pool was amazing. We loved the privacy in the backyard and all the lounge chair and seating options. The golf cart was an added bonus for the grandparents to drive the kids to the beach while the adults walked. Very quick walk to the beach… We would definitely stay here again.

This property has plenty of space for our entire family and is in a prime location. When visiting it allows everyone to have their own private space, but still enjoy one another. Everything about our wonderful beach home was thoughtfully designed to be the perfect beach house for your vacation. Spacious beautifully designed spaces, lots of bedrooms (6) and baths (5.5) to comfortably accommodate up to 20 people, a very short walk to the white sands and "emerald" waters of Crystal Beach in Destin Florida, private yard and pool.

We are all about making your stay perfect and are always there for you without interrupting your vacation.

Enjoy key-less entry - get your code the week before your stay.

We deep clean the house after every visit and even go deeper every quarter. I promise you will enjoy a clean house and if you find it less than perfect just let us know and we will make sure to redo the house at no charge while you enjoy the beach!

We have a great maintenance manager that can get to the house in minutes. Just text me, for ANYTHING you need or missing.

Our pool cleaning team cleans the pool twice a week to ensure you and your kids always enjoy cleanest water!

Enjoy Fast internet and cable TV package in all 6 rooms as well as Netflix/Hulu/Amazon streaming in both masters and the living room.
