Your own private sanctuary awaits in this North Scottsdale home on huge lot. Completely remodeled and set up by local popular designer. This home has a modern feel and features vaulted ceilings and open concept floorplan. Spacious master retreat with luxurious ensuite bath. Game room with pool/ping pong combo table for some family fun. Escape to the private backyard and enjoy a dip in the pool or sit around the fire pit. Ideal location near all that North Scottsdale has to offer.
The space
Situated on a cul de sac corner lot this home has all that you need to make your vacation memories with family or friends. Home has underwent an extensive remodel with high end finishes that include white oak hardwood floors and custom finishes. Open kitchen with island breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully stocked and features granite countertops and stainless appliances. Both bathrooms are updated with a modern feel and amenities that you would find in any top resort. Looking for family fun? Shoot a game of pool or play some ping pong in the game room or head out to back yard to play some yard games. All bedrooms have their own tv and streaming cable services. Backyard is your own private resort. Sparkling pool and firepit along with a covered patio area and multiple seating areas.

Guests have access to the entire home by themselves

Quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood near Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, and Desert Ridge. Just minutes to TPC Scottsdale for Waste Management Open. Westworld is less than 10 minutes away and features many events in the winter months. Close to shopping, dining, and nightlife. All that you need is close by .

Things to Know

The pool can be heated on this home for an additional fee of $75 per day or $400 per week . Must give host at least 72 hours advance notice of desire to heat pool.

No loud parties will be tolerated in this home and neighbors must be respected at all times.

Quiet hours of 10 PM nightly which is a Scottsdale City Ordinance.

Best trip ever

This house was amazing and Bart was an amazing host. He was quick with responses and made our stay smooth and so many memories were made. We could not have asked for a better stay!! I will definitely recommend to others !!

A Relaxing Retreat!

This is a wonderful home with all the amenities you will need for a relaxing stay in Scottsdale! Great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pool and backyard are fantastic. We had one or two minor issues with a smoke detector and a breaker but the host Bart and his associate Patty were very responsive and quickly resolved! All in all it was a wonderful week with my family and we will definitely be booking it again soon!

Great stay

Had a great stay with my family. Outdoor space is wonderful, great furnishings, and property crew took care of any needs quickly and efficiently. Close drive to most everything in Scottsdale area.

Overall it was a good stay. We did have trouble getting into the house. It was 116 degrees and we arrived with groceries and kids in the car after a long flight. It took several hours to get inside the house, as the lock wasn't working and we were stuck in the heat. It wasn't an ideal way to start the trip. My daughter became dehydrated/sick while waiting. It was a rough/HOT start. The property was well kept up and it was a fun place to stay while visiting family and friends.

Everything we wanted. We paid extra for the heated pool and it was perfect. Slight blip on the utube tv access but Bart came over and signed us in. Had to reset the Wi-Fi twice, but not a big deal
