Pleasant quiet facilities

This is our 3rd year staying at this duplex. It is just right for the 2 of us, although it can handle 6 people. We like the quiet surroundings, and it has a lot of room to walk the dog. Neighbors are very pleasant and always say HI when we walk.

Really nice stay

Really happy with our choice of accommodation. The place was very clean and has really comfortable beds. I guess my only complaint was that the code for the door doesn’t work as I’m guessing the lock was out of batteries. Thankfully the property manager had already provided the location for the key which we then used all week. If we’re back in the area we’ll definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay. Very clean and lots of room. Was nice to have a screened in porch and a grill. Neighbor was quiet.

Relaxing stay

Clean peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. This was our second year here snd we thoroughly enjoyed it this year as well.

Lovely relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly people and we can take long walks with our pooch. The unit is large and airy with a nice lanai to enjoy the weather, rain or shine. The only thing I would recommend is that a more secure lock be put on the laundry door in the unit we were in.

Very nice vacation place

Such a cute and clean apartment. Had all the amenities for a stress-free stay. I hope Warm Mineral Springs is open next time. There was still some clean-up occurring due to the Hurricane, but a very pleasant and safe neighborhood. We walked our dog daily and met the friendly neighbors. It was a short drive to shopping and the beaches at Venice and south to Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. I hope we can stay there again!

This place is so much nicer than the pics. Plenty of room for our 5. Will definitely book here again if we come to this area again. Very nice.

Cozy vacation house

Nice tidy duplex within walking distance to Warm Mineral Lake and about 20-30 minutes drive to beaches of your choice. Love how cozy it is with all essentials for prolong stay, kitchen, laundry and full bath very convenient for a daily use.

The listing says nothing about a shared laundry There was 2 access doors into our side of the house from the other side Would consider a apartment not a house Back patio yard unable to use do to weeds over grown Hair and items under couch cushions Not very well cleaned Did not feel safe! Was unable to get good sleep!

Pleasant and comfortable

My mom, my 3 kids and I, enjoyed the property and location. It was spacious and not far from a lot of different attractions. The security alarm had problems while we were there but the property manager was VERY responsive and prompt with resolution. There were a few places that could have been cleaned a little better but it didn’t effect our stay enough for it to be a problem. (Examples: there was a pair of men’s underwear in the floor of the closet in the room I slept in. They were clean, but it was…odd. There was also the inner lining of a bra under the bathroom sink, which was pretty gross looking.) The appliances, other than the coffee machine, seemed to have been unused prior to our stay, but definitely got a lot of use during our stay. They worked well. The refrigerator did have a problem closing however, when the barrier was connected to the bottom shelf of the door. We removed it during our stay and left it removed when we left so we would not leave the refrigerator door open.
