The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. A full remodeled bathroom is ready for your convenience, and thoughtful touches like a hair dryer and iron make packing light easy. Sit on the sofa and or have breakfast on the balcony while watching dolphins swim in the ocean, Condo is bright and clean. Step outside to enjoy the gorgeous surroundings or relax indoors in this wonderful retreat with a smart TV, Easy parking on the same floor allows you to walk right thru the ac hallway to the condo. Prime location, quiet yet minutes away from famous ferris wheel. So many good restaurants just minutes away in surrounding areas. Myrtle Beach State Park is just 7 minutes down the road. Lots of shopping close to highway 17 and 501. Perfect location it is quiet and on the south side of Myrtle Beach but yet minutes from all the attractions.

This propery was as described and the host had ecellant communication. The condo was cute coastal decor and the view from the balcony on the 4th floor was amazing. The kids loved the pool and lazy river so much they did not want to leave the property! We had a very enjoyable vacation and we would come back again.

The room was like having your own little apartment because it does not look like the regular condos when you book them thru the Holidays Sands website. It was clean and had its own linens and bath towels and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen (paper plates, aluminum foil, paper towels).

Excellent location with ocean view. Great parking and easy beach access. Friendly communication from host! We had an amazing visit for 4th of July and will definitely rent again!

This area is quiet away from the noise but close enough to enjoy all the amenities of Myrtle Beach. Sit on the balcony and watch the waves.
At night enjoy the sounds of the waves while winding down with a glass of wine watching your favorite movie on the smart tv. It is an ideal location right on the beach!
