This is a private hilltop home, situated on a beautiful hill just about 10-15 mins away from downtown Charlotte Amalie and less than 7 mins away from Megan's bay beach as well as Coki beach. Enjoy a country feel environment with private area with barbeque grill and a front balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful serene scenery. We are also located close to Caribbean cinemas where you can enjoy movie night with the family and a fitness gym a short drive down the hill

We very much enjoyed our stay at your lovely property.

We had eight people staying at this villa and it was perfect for us all. It was very clean and spacious. We all enjoyed the balcony and the pool area. The decor was beautiful and it felt like a very safe area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Great space!

Loved the unit - very well decorated and great views. A/C in the bedrooms worked wonderfully. Good communication from ownership. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport but the property and the views very much offset the drive. We didn’t know prior to arriving but there is a market right across the street to get your necessities, food, drink and alcohol; otherwise, we wouldn’t have paid for a stop on the way in.

The hosts were great to deal with, they were there at check in to explain everything and gave us suggestions on where to go for some of our local requests. Pool was beautiful and warm. Location is up in the hills and quiet. The place is way larger than we expected, especially the master bedroom.

Beautiful and friendly

We were just passi g through fir one night and Wanda was as helpful and pleasant as can be. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with our group. We will stay again!

Beautiful

This property was beautiful. Great views, clean, updated, and a good location. My only problem was there wasn’t any beach items supplied like chairs, towels or a cooler like any other place I have stayed. However, I would absolutely rent this villa again

Awesome Experience

What a fantastic property to stay in. Very clean, plenty of towels, safe, great location for beaches and both downtown areas which include the ferry's. Wonda was fantastic to deal with. Great communication. She sent us emails the first couple of mornings on suggestions where to go and what to visit. It was great! Fruit from the property was there for us when we arrived and Alvin cut down some coconut for us to try while we were there. Wish we were still on the Island. Thank you so much Wonda and Alvin!

Cancelled last minute for no reason!! We booked in early March with 8 people and were cancelled late May. So rude when we needed a larger place with a group. Difficult to find a replacement. DO Not trust this booking.

The cooking and eating was hampered by a significaNT LACK OF TOOLS; pOTS , PANS, WATER PITCHERS, QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF FLATWARE, GLASSWARE AND SILVERWARE WERE WOEFULLY LACKING.

Everything was excellent from the day of booking until our departure. Alvin was very expeditiously responsive, going above and beyond to answer questions and assist us with out travels from the BVIs to STT before our return to the states. Wanda played more than a key part in assisting us also, especially with our transportation from the ferry to the villa. The villa is beautiful and wonderfully accommodated our family of 7, 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 10 year old. Spacious, meticulously clean, carefully and tastefully designed with perfect soothing colors, exquisite balconies. Out 16 yo artistically talented granddaughter also loved the outdoor & indoor colors of perfect green and grey/blues & decided to use them for her new bedroom. The website pics do not bring justice to the real colors. The pool was lovely as is the entire property. We would absolutely stay there again and are sorry we didn’t plan to stay longer. I am grateful that Alvin was able to accommodate us,. 😘🥰 10 Stars to Alvin, Wanda, and the villa.

Very nice and clean

The property was very nice and well decorated. They even had it decorated for Christmas with a tree and stockings along with the tv on showing a fire. We thought at first we were at the wrong place. Very well done and spacious for a family. The drive is very steep and taxis had a hard time finding where we were at, so id recommend having a rental car while staying there. We enjoyed our short stay at this home.

We stayed here overnight because our flight was canceled and the resort we were at was booked. The manager Wanda was amazingly helpful and had great communication with us. The property was very clean. My only recommendation would be to rent a vehicle if you stay here because it’s a decent drive to beaches, shopping, and no food delivery options. Otherwise it was tranquil and clean.

Awesome spot. Centrally located. Clean. Perfect for a group.

This villa was exactly what we wanted for our week vacation. Easy to find and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was the perfect way to break from the beach. Wonda (property manager) was a great communicator and made our stay better than expected. Coffee and bottled water were there for us upon arrival. One thing to note is that the market nearby is a good resource in a pinch but pretty pricey and doesn’t have a lot of grocery options. I’d suggest planning a trip to Cost U Less upon arrival for more substantial groceries. We would absolutely stay here again!

Short stop through St. Thomas

We had a wonderful time at this property and definitely would recommend it to anyone traveling to St. Thomas. All the instructions were clear and the condo was wonderful…clean and organized. The porch was so lovely with the breeze and the kids enjoyed the pool before we had to catch our flight. Thank you Alvin for a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing Villa

This villa is simply spectacular. Beautiful views , exceptionally clean. Quiet, Do not hesitate when deciding to book. All in all breathe taking. Reasonable pricing for everything you get here . Don't worry about the fact that there isn't any air conditioning in the living room /dining area .I promise that is not a factor. You will definitely feel a chilly breeze all day. A must do rental at a totally reasonable price !.

Quick visit

We needed a place to stay in St Thomas for one night because of transportation issues getting to St Croix. The place was very nice (as shown in the pictures) and the directions made it easy to find. Close to Magen’s Bay and the views were beautiful. If St Thomas was our destination, we would be happy to stay longer.
