Welcome to our adorable 1950's bungalow, close to downtown High Point and within walking distance to the best eateries and shops. 
Our home offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, screened back porch, fenced back yard, and a private driveway with off-street parking for 2 vehicles. The living room provides a queen size sleeper sofa.   Our full kitchen includes everything you need. We also have a single-serve Keurig, coffee pods, and assorted teas. Both bedrooms and living room have Roku smart TVs.  You have full use of our home during your stay.  
We offer a keyless entry, so you can come and go as you please.  While we are not on site, we are available by text with questions or concerns.  


The Lexington Cottage is convenient to everything:

Great House and Location

Stayed here over HPU Family Weekend. Less than a 5 minute drive to campus and even closer to the restaurants on Main St. Would absolutely stay here again. House is very clean and check-in/out was easy.

Clean and comfortable

Lexington Cottage was just what we were looking for. The beds were extremely comfortable! The cottage is well appointed and perfect for our two night stay in Highpoint!

Cute cottage near HPMKT

Just stayed at this cute cottage near the HP Furniture market - it's older but quaint. Beds were super comfortable and the owner was extremely responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

HPU Graduation

It was our second time staying at this sweet home. We were visiting to celebrate our sons graduation from HPU! The location is great and the home is clean and comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating.

Thoughtfully decorated and a great location for Market

I'd say they put a lot of thought into the decorating and the details they included (hair dryer, soaps, snacks in the kitchen, etc) which was much appreciated. As previous reviewers mentioned, the property is on the old side, not in a quaint-character way, more in a run down way. The kitchen (with washer/dryer in the middle of it) was certainly serviceable, but not that nice. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of blankets. The rate was on the high side, but of course we were there during Market. The location was great for Market - just a mile and a half away and within the shuttle pickup area. Also an easy walk to a few local bars/restaurants - also very helpful. Overall, a little high of a rate for the quality level. Also frustrating paying that rate the level of cleaning they required at check out (stripping the beds, taking the trash out of the house, etc).

Great basic rental close to Market

This house was clean and comfortable and less than a 5 min drive to market and restaurants. Beds were comfortable.

Brief get-away

My mother and I visited the area to help my sister move in to an apartment in High Point so we stayed at this charming home near her apartment for several days. It was the perfect location and the house was perfect for the two of us! The house is very clean and the beds were so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stayed there!

Wedding weekend

This was a cute little place my family to stay for a wedding weekend. It was conveniently located near many stores and eateries. The gated backyard was perfect for the kids to run around!

Perfect for family

This house was perfect for our family of 5. We have kids 7, 5 and 2.5 and the yard with fence was great for them to play safely. The inside was clean and minimalist (read our kids wouldn’t break anything!). We could walk to local coffee place in morning and felt like it was safe and quiet. Would stay here again if we come down to area!

Oldie but Goodie

Recently stayed a couple nights here with the family. We were in town for a soccer tournament and this home was in a prime location in relation to the fields. Tons of restaurants nearby and the home itself was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s an older home but felt very cozy and welcoming. The home IS on a main road and the passing vehicles at night were on the noisy side, but we managed just fine. Overall, a great home. Thanks guys.

Wonderful Hosts, great house

They communicated promptly, house was clean, so nice they left snacks for us, sheets were soft. Close to restaurants and furnitureland south which is all we needed.

High Point Vintage Home Close to HPMKT

This little home was in a great spot close to HPMKT. (It's just over a mile from IHFC.) The house is clean and well stocked. The hosts were great and very communicative. One thing to note if you're a light sleeper....the home is on a busy street.
