Explore Winston-Salem from the comfort of a beautifully remodeled historic home just one block from Old Salem, walking distance to downtown and the West Salem neighborhoods.

Deemed the "Gregory L. White House" this charming 1910 bungalow was completely remodeled in 2022. With brand new bathrooms & a well-stocked kitchen featuring Beko appliances, you'll enjoy the comfort of a modern home with all the charm of the historic area that you love about Winston-Salem!

Sleep on new king-sized Nectar mattresses in the two main bedrooms, complete with soft & cozy sheets and linens. A modern sofa in the front living room converts to a comfy bed for extra guests.

Get some sunshine and fresh air on the quaint and private back patio area, featuring two single loungers and an outdoor couch. Prefer some company? There's plenty of additional outside seating available at the Tex Mex BBQ restaurant that's essentially in our backyard.

Enjoy our full list of modern amenities: wireless Internet, Smart TV, washer & dryer, coffee maker, instant espresso machine, stove/oven, microwave, refridgerator, ice maker, and ceiling fans in each bedroom.

The home is situated between Old Salem, downtown Winston-Salem and adjacent to the city's newest entertainment & retail district: Walnut & Broad. Only steps from our front door you'll find a local brewery, a yoga/cycling studio, and a Tex Mex BBQ restaurant.

This is a really cute house and nicely renovated. The location is good if you want something walkable and don't mind a little hustle and bustle of the restaurant that is adjacent. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

We loved staying on S. Poplar right next to East of Texas and Bobby Boy Bakeshop. This is also very close to Old Salem which is a cool place to walk around and explore. Our hosts were very responsive and helped us check in a bit early, and everything was very clean, the A/C, shower and W/D all worked great. There's even a little patio area out back to hang out in. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Winston-Salem.

One of the best stays we've ever had. The host was amazing and extremely responsive. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The location was near several restaurants that we could walk to. We will definitely stay here again!

House was well located. It was walking distance to several excellent restaurants as well as an outstanding bakery. On Saturday we walked over to a farmer's market to pick up a few items for lunch. We sat on the front porch one evening and talked to a few of the neighbors walking bya. Everything in the house was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definetely stay here again.

We love this house. It is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. All the appliances, beds, and other furniture are new. The host made everything so easy. Just behind the house is a great BBQ/TexMex restaurant called East of Texas, which is not to be missed.

Outstanding… The house was so clean and the location was perfect. We walked to the restaurant by the house. We had all our meals in the evening there it was just a wonderful place to stay and we thank our host who was so responsive to our needs.
