Everything about this condo was just right for me. The host has paid attention to every little detail. I would definitely stay here again. Some have mentioned the noise. There is definitely traffic noise if you are on the balcony. Didn't bother me at all once inside.

Beautiful local

Nice views of marina and river/crane creek. Easy walking to town/restaurants/shops.Only negative was shower head leaks/sprays water and shower curtain was moldy at bottom.Loved surroundings/local. Hope to return!

Location was great! Sun coming up over the harbor was beautiful. Easy downtown access. Room was clean and had brand new appliances. Overall…great stay!

A great view

The condo was getting remodeled...so unfortunately there was work that still needed to be done. It was the end unit so it was noisy.It would of been nice to have instructions on the TV as all work differently. On the plus side. The view was beautiful. Many great restaurants. I would stay there again if I had a unit that was not on the end.

Funeral for a Friend

Nobody wants to come to the beach for a funeral but staying at this condo made it easier. Location is insanely convenient to downtown shoppes and restaurants and you can walk underneath the main highway (US1) to access it. Owner/Mgmt were extremely responsive to questions and needs. Great walk-in shower, strong water pressure, ice-cold A/C and balcony overlooking the harbor. Clean kitchen. I am immaculate in how I care for my own home and was very pleased with this property. Would gladly stay at this condo again. Still awaiting the return of my $3,000 damage deposit, but trust that is on its way.

Living in a bubble

Property nice until painters covered our beautiful view of harbor with plastic. Felt like we were in a bubble. Noise from traffic deafening occasionally. Headboard on bed banged all the time when getting in and out of bed or just moving. Lots of homeless in area. Phone number for issues didn’t connect with anyone.
