Amazing Cabin Just Above Downtown Winter Park. Private Hot Tub!

Brand new rental, our cabin is in the perfect location just above downtown Winter Park. We have walked (just under a mile) & ridden bikes into town & there's a shuttle stop a 2 minute walk a way that will take you to the ski area & into downtown Winter Park. It's laid out perfectly with a master both up & downstairs plus 2 bedrooms on the main floor there's plenty of room & everyone gets a little privacy.

The deck just off the family room offers expansive views of the ski resort with a private 8 man hot tub and a table & chairs where you can sit & enjoy a drink or a meal on warmer days.

The sectional in the family room is incredibly comfortable & the perfect to relax & watch a movie or show. We have cable TV, WIFI for all your favorite smart TV programs, & a blue ray DVD player if you’d like to bring some of your own or head into town to pick up one from Redbox.

The kitchen is well equipped for eating in & offers a pub table with 5 barstools & 4 additional barstools that sit up the counter. There’s a Webber grill on the covered front porch that’s perfect for grilling in the summer or in the winter!

We’re surrounded by trails for biking & hiking in the warmer months or snowshoeing in the colder ones. There’s a park a short walk away with tennis courts, basketball courts, a big grassy area where we play football or throw the Frisbee & a play area for smaller kids.

A wonderful place to stay in Winter Park

My family and I had a great stay at Jennifer’s cabin. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the hot tub was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Winter Park!

Amazing stay close to winter park

Overall everything was amazing! Everything fully stocked and exceptionally clean! The only downfall was the “fifth” bedroom was just beds on the floor. But over all a 10/10 experience!

Great place

We stayed here for a long weekend get away. Everything was great. Plenty of space for 7 people including the kids. Nice space around the outside of the house to explore. Perfect views from the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break in Winter Park

This was our first trip to Winter Park and we had a great time. The house was very clean, the kids loved the loft area and the hot tub was amazing! Check in/out procedures were easy and location to ski area was close. Shuttle service was also a plus. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect winter cabin

We loved our experience - the cabin was was so comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very attractive and amenities were great. The owners seemed to have thought of everything needed for a winter ski vacation. The shuttle system was very convenient and reliable.. the owner was was easy to communicate and super helpful about suggestions of things to do in the area.

Fantastic house

We stayed here with 5 kids 12-18 and 3 adults. There was plenty of room, the place was clean, and the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Jen was extremely accommodating when we asked to move our stay due to a flight delay. We have nothing but good things to say about the house!

Summer Get Away

June 2023 : Group of 7 friends stayed at this home in Winter Park for 3 nights and we LOVED IT. The home was large enough for everyone to be comfortable. We spent every night outside in the hot tub. Great location. Great host. We all wanted to stay longer!

We had a lot of fun! The hot tub was perfect and showcases the amazing views of the mountains off the back deck! Lots of space inside the home for people to comfortable hangout. Great layout and wonderful hosts! Would love to come back again! Adding this to my favorites!

Great house and location!

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at the house - space for everyone and all of the amenities we needed. It's a reasonable walk down to the main drag of Winter Park although a bit uphill coming back :-) No issues at the house in our time there and we thought it was a great launching point for checking out other areas/activities. 45 min to Grand Lake and RMNP and Idaho Springs...food options both in WP, the WP resort and in Fraser.

Spring Break 2023

We had a great experience at this beautiful home in Winter Park. We brought our whole family of 8 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room for our group and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We cooked and enjoyed all the amenities of this place. The hot tub was a big hit each afternoon. This spring break getaway was a great time for family, fun, and a few days of skiing and tubing. Everyone in our group would highly recommend using this home. The views of the mountains are awesome and the location of the home is close to town and the Winter Park ski resort. We hope to come back next year.

Great cabin in Winter Park!

My friends and I stayed here for a week and loved it! The cabin is really clean, charming and spacious, and it's well appointed with comfortable furniture, reliable wifi, a nicely stocked kitchen, and wonderful outdoor spaces. The front porch has a grill and is a nice place to hang out and relax. The rear deck is wonderful with gorgeous views of the mountains, a massive hot tub, and a large dining table to hang out at. The location is great too, super convenient to plenty of hiking trails, the Winter Park Resort, and grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Jennifer is a good host, she answered questions quickly and made check in and check out a breeze. The cabin is even better than listing made it out to be and is one of the better cabin rental experiences I've had. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Winter Park.

Perfect in every way!

First of all, perfect communication in every way. Perfect cabin for a group of friends or extended family. So much room!! Clean from top to bottom, with everything you need. Hot tub is wonderful and plenty of parking! We absolutely will be back!

Beautiful cabin

This cabin is a great place to stay for a ski trip! It is in a great location and just a short driving distance to winter park resort and downtown winter park. There were 12 adults who stayed for long weekend ski trip and it had plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The views are beautiful from the hot tub! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Cabin!

This was our first experience in Colorado. We are from the gulf coast of Texas. It was wonderful. The cabin was perfect! We had 11 family members and there was plenty of room. Very well stocked. Price was just right and location couldn’t have been better!! Very prompt responses and accommodating. Stay here!!
