Great house in nice neighborhood

Owner was responsive and helpful from before our visit through the end of our time. House was great! Plenty of room for our family. Neighborhood is great, close to parks, schools & churches with lots of people walking dogs and with children. Great location if you’re at the Kentucky expo center for a competition for your child.

Charming little house

The property is old and a little creaky, but everything is clean and in good repair. It was cold and we never had a problems with temperature and never ran out of hot water. It’s tucked back into a quiet corner of a residential neighborhood and we never had any issues. Quiet but close to everything. The host was excellent and the restaurant recommendations were spot on. Would stay again. Only complaint is that the AC unit in the back bedroom isn’t exactly quiet.

Quiet neighborhood, great location close to U of L. Clean. Home does not have central air only 2 bedroom air conditioners. House was warm with 90 degree outside temperatures.

Everything we needed and more!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Louisville at your beautiful home. It was exactly as listed and more. Everything was clean and the house was so welcoming. Perfect location to everything and only 5 minutes from where we were playing volleyball. I would highly recommend staying at this property and we plan to stay here next year for volleyball.

National Farm Machinery Show

It was a safe and quiet neighborhood only a short drive to the fair grounds without having to get onto the busy interstate. Clean home, comfortable beds. Airport is near, but the planes flying over didn't bother us too much. We would definitely stay again.

Friend’s mini vacation

The house was cute. It was very old, small, but was mostly updated with modern amenities. We are senior citizens, and this home is definitely for a younger crowd. The only bad part was the airplanes on Thursday, starting at about 3:30 a.m.and continuing until about 7:30 a.m. arriving and departing. Sounded like the runway was right next to us.

Very responsive property owner, stopped by to fix a streaming service quickly. Good location close to zoo and Churchhill Downs. I appreciated the childrens books and chalkboard on the wall in one of the bedrooms. Overall satisfied with my stay. Would work with Josh again

Good little place for a weekend.

Overall a good stay for our weekend at Kentucky Kingdom. A few things on the property could use some attention to enhance appeal and security. Comfortable for our group and had all the amenities we needed. Great location - super close to Kentucky Kingdom.

I'm married to Amanda and we have two kids - a daughter named Caroline and a son named Wells.

On any given Saturday you can find us at the Louisville Zoo, hosting friends and eating good food, or taking walks in some of Louisville's historic parks.

I'm definitely a reader, I'm trying to get into fly fishing, and I'd choose bourbon over beer (or both).

The property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park just a walk away. It's the perfect place to stay if you are traveling with a kid!

We tried really hard to make this a place both adults and kids would love. Our kids' room has a chalkboard, books, and games. We also have a great back yard to run around in. A big-screen TV with Disney+ will also keep the little ones occupied!
