The pool has a safety gate all around. The pool depth is from 3 feet to 6 feet. We keep the pool heater between 89-95 degrees. The pool has both a solar heater and an electric heater.

We have Ring Doorbell and Driveway cameras that actively record audio and video. In addition, the house has a decibel monitor that does not record but monitors noise levels. There are no cameras inside the house.

You will have the house all to yourself with your own door code for the smart lock.
The house is located on a super quiet street. At night it is very quiet. Yet, the house is 10 mins drive to many Naples attractions such as Naples Pier, 5th Avenue, etc.

Collier County does have a noise ordinance from 9 PM to 8 AM including fines for violation.
As a guest, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. This includes a private pool, two covered patios, a BBQ, an outdoor living area, a full kitchen, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and free parking. Self-check-in is a breeze using the Smart lock. Full instructions are sent 48 hours before your arrival.

You’ll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms with comfortable furnishings designed to encourage great sleep every night of your stay. The primary bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed, a Smart HDTV, a small sitting area, and direct access to the patio, so you can easily sneak out to the pool area any time. This room also has an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy.


Make your way into the second bedroom, where you’ll find a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, a closet, and direct access to the patio.

Finally, the third bedroom is perfect for young ones as it features two sets of bunk beds and colorful accents, including a bean bag chair that’s perfect for curling up with a book or game.

There is a second full bathroom that caters to the common areas and two bedrooms. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled and stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. Need to keep your clothes clean?
