This charming townhome in Fraser is perfect for pet owners and provides a serene rental experience while being close to a variety of outdoor activities year-round. Located at the Cabins of Porcupine Ridge, this spacious 3-bedroom unit can host up to 8 guests, featuring breathtaking views and an open floor plan.
On the main level, you'll discover a seamless layout that merges the living, kitchen, and dining areas, making it an ideal setting for gatherings and meals. The exposed wood beams and ceilings enhance the home's character. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with plenty of countertop space, perfect for whipping up tasty dishes. You can cozy up by the wood fireplace for a genuine mountain retreat vibe. The large private deck, which you can access from the main living area, is a wonderful place to take in the views and unwind with light snacks, morning coffee, or evening drinks. A convenient powder room is also located on this level.
