Sun Palm Savannah is a self-catering luxury family vacation villa, located within the gated Windsor Palms Resort near Kissimmee, Florida. Your dream vacation begins the moment you step through our door and on to the savannah! 

Our family villa features 5 dedicated bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a media suite that is an optional 6th bedroom. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Guests will enjoy the stunning views from the villa's private heated swimming pool and spa* that overlook a sprawling conservation area with no rear neighbors. 

Our luxury family villa is not just a place to stay during your Florida vacation; it's your home away from home where you and your family will create memories that last a lifetime. From watching a spectacular sunset right in your own backyard to experiencing dazzling fireworks lighting up the night sky above a magical castle, Sun Palm Savannah is where you want to be! Even before you arrive, you will feel the care and attention we provide to ensure you have a relaxing and exceptional vacation experience.

When looking for the ideal mix of family fun and proximity to the best attractions Central Florida has to offer then there is no better choice than Sun Palm Savannah at Windsor Palms Resort. The resort is located in the heart of the vacation district and just 3 miles from Walt Disney World Resort.  Attractions like Universal Studios Orlando, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, and Legoland Florida are just a short drive away, making the magic easily accessible to you and your family. On days away from the theme parks, guests of Sun Palm Savannah can enjoy the amazing resort amenities free of charge.

We felt right at home. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the pool heat worked great and the owners communicated well! We will be back.

I’ve just spent 16 nights with 11 of us including 3 kids under 3 . I can’t fault anything . The location was great ,facilities excellent . I would recommend having the pool heated as we did as it is something you will value after walking the parks all day and coming back to sit in the hot tub . We are planning to go back in the future and will be booking here once again .

I would highly recommend staying at this property. Located in a well maintained and quiet gated community, close to everything. Home was immaculate with plenty of amenities. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Pool refreshing and relaxing. Sunset views were fantastic. Booking process is easy. The host (Brett) was a pleasure to work with. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It's clear Brett cares that his guests have a great experience. Book this property for your next trip. You will not be disappointed.

The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for 3 families with little kids. We were very impressed with the amount of items the owners had for small kids, including utensils, bowls, cups, high chair, even an extra umbrella stroller to use. Brett, was a great host who was available the entire time during our stay and got back with a timely response every time. We look forward to booking again!

Since day one of booking, the property owner Brett, was very helpful and communicative. Family Get Away

Plenty of room for the family, 7 adults and 4 children, appreciated the pool (heated) and the game room (garage) with pool table and other games. Close to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.

Perfect!

I have stayed, in Windsor Palms many time this is far the best villa I have stayed in. It is spotless, has everything you need and more and very spacious. Perfect location for parks, restaurants and shopping. Nothing was to much for Brett the owner and let us have a late checkout. I would highly recommend Sun Palm Savannah and cant wait to return.

Fantastic Villa and great location for Disney

Our overall experience was just amazing, property owner could not have been more helpful and any questions we had were replied to almost instantly. The property was clean and spacious and pool was just lovely. Disney was minutes away and other attractions close too! Thank You for a wonderful stress free holiday!

Excellent Disney stay!

Brett’s house was extremely comfortable and clean. We had so much space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Parks were a close drive away (15-20 min) and the pool and hot tub were amazing after long days. Brett was quick and responsive, we would recommend this to anyone and stay again!

Great property!

Both the house and complex were extremely clean. All attractions within a 25 min drive. Communications with the property mgr was quick and efficient.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home located in a lovely neighborhood close to Walmart, restaurants, and the Disney parks. Brett is very quick to respond to questions and was a joy to work with. We truly enjoyed our time and hopefully will be back very soon.

Clean & cute

The property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. We had one minor issue upon trying to check in at the gate when we first arrived, which was not at all due to the fault of the owner, but he was quick to get it resolved for us. The home was very clean and decorated so cute!

The Villa made the holiday

Can't speak highly enough about this Villa and how it was perfect for the 11of us. The owner Brett was a joy to deal with and prompt to sort out any issues all of which were minor. Located in a great area 15 minute's from Disney and 35 minute's from Universal. Would book this Villa again if we were to go back.
