2 bedroom 2 bathroom (and office), 2 level condo. Nice neighborhood. Private outdoor patio. Will be furnished with fully stocked kitchen for cooking! BBQ on porch! Private washer & dryer in home. One mile to both downtown Lafayette and Louisville. Boulder is 15 min. drive; Denver is 30 min. Great access to the mountains. Grocery stores and coffee shops less than mile. Cole creek trail and Waneka lake also a few blocks away, High-speed internet.

This is my full time residence, but I will be out of the country and renting out my home during these months. My home is cozy and in a great location! I want someone to feel at home in it!

I will simply be moving my clothes and personal items, but otherwise, it will feel like you are in someone's cozy home. The town home is 2 bedroom / 2 bath, however, one of the rooms is set up as an office. The office has a motorized sitting/standing desk and two high quality monitors for your use. Additional desk with 2-monitors in living room if needed. There is a private outdoor patio and shared lawn space (shared with 3 neighbors). There is a private grill and patio table for eating outside. Private parking spot in front of the garage and additional parking in the small complex. Ample closet space. King bed. Smart TV. Stocked kitchen with appliances for someone who likes to cook. Private washer and dryer on site.
