BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This thoughtfully designed 4BR/3BA home sleeps 8 comfortably with no bunk beds. The layout includes three king bedrooms and one queen en-suite, ideal for families, couples, and adult groups seeking space and privacy. All bathrooms feature tubs and are stocked with fresh towels and essentials for a seamless stay.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality cookware, stainless appliances, a FlexBrew coffee maker (K-cups or ground coffee), and ample counter space for group meals. Enjoy casual breakfasts or gather around the dining table after a beach day or sunset ride along 30A.

LIVING AREA
The open-concept living space is bright and inviting, featuring designer furnishings, plush seating, ceiling fans, and a large Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day exploring 30A.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to your private Hot Springs Limelight hot tub, grill, outdoor dining area, and comfortable sectional seating. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or relaxing under the stars.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests enjoy full private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces. You’ll also have access to:

Great place to stay

This home was easily accessible and close enough to Destin. Just far enough away from the crowds to be able to relax. Thank you for listing this beautiful Home! We enjoyed every minute of our trip there.

Blissful Stay on 30A

The property was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed having our own private hot tub and the convenience of the golf cart to get around town in. Location was great with just a short ride in the golf cart to restaurants and the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is a very nice house - feels new and well stocked! The golf cart was fantastic. The beds were probably the best part - so comfortable. All the rooms had ceiling fans and extra fans but the house stayed cool (AC worked great!). The only downside of the property was that it was pretty far from the beach. Even with the golf cart - it was far. The beach area was packed and it was such a small area - I think next time we would bring our own chairs and umbrella and find a more secluded spot.

Luxury Relaxation

Beautiful and quiet home nestled into the trees. Neighbors are close, but the location feels private. Ginni, the owner, has done a fantastic job decorating the home. Beds and pillows are high end... You will sleep! So many upscale features in this home making it better than most: Front porch swing. Great back seating and outdoor table & grill. Gorgeous, clean, and fully functioning hot tub. Two extra large egg swings in the upper deck off the master to chill in. Soaking tub and stand up shower in master. And much more. You'll notice little details throughout that just add to the comfort of your experience. Golf cart worked fantastic. I think it could hold up to 8 people. Shared pool with the subdivision within short walk. Plenty of seating available there. Community fire pit with several Adirondack chairs. Large pool and hot tub. Home is close to several beaches, walking path, natural grocery, ice cream shop, coffee shop, fresh seafood market, other restaurants. You can't go wrong securing this place for your stay! Ginni was a fantastic host! Responded very quickly to any questions. Rest and respite or family fun, this place ticks the box.
