if you stay in this great condo.

Updated and beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds

King beds and two full baths and a sofa bed

Full kitchen for preparing those money saving meals.

We have a large lawn for your relaxing and enjoyment, even great for putting before your next round of golf.

Watch the sunrise and even whales in the winter months

We are convenient to shopping, markets, restaurants and the Sleeping Giant Mountain for great hikes. A view of the mountain is at your front door.

Amazing stay in Kapa’a

Location was great! The rental was perfect!! It was very clean and had all of the things we needed to have a fabulous vacation!! The view couldn’t be better!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyed our stay!

Tina is super responsive and this condo was a great place to stay. Kapa’a was very central and easy to get around the island. The condo is clean and nice with a beautiful view.

Amazing Sunrise

The oceanfront views and central location were great! We used this as a home base while we explored the island. Tons of great food in Kapa’a. The resort could use some updates, but the condo was clean. It would be nice if the loft bathroom had a door or curtain, especially with a family, but we managed! The sunrises were breathtaking and we could listen to the waves!

Perfect! Ocean Views!

This property was absolutely perfect for two couples. The condo provided everything we needed inside. During our visit we enjoyed the quietness around the pool area and out front by the ocean. And speaking of ocean, you can hear the waves crashing throughout. Couldn’t have been happier!!!

Hawaii trip

The location was great. The beds were very comfortable. We did expect to have a washer and dryer in the condo. We did not use the laundry room.; no change, too far away, and didn't want to spend our time waiting for laundry to be done. However we managed fine . We enjoyed our stay.

Kapa’a Shores A303

Although only 2 bedrooms, one of which was a loft over the living room, the kitchen was very well stocked with all cooking utensils and cookware needed. Previous renters even left some sealed food items which came in handy. The one downside was we did have to carry bags up 3 flights gets of stairs. The upside was that the view was totally worth it.

Front row seat for the south shore

Nice location and fine condo, but stairs up to 3rd floor got old after a while - particularly for my friend with bad knees. The A303 room number should have clued us in, but... The arrival info sheet was mostly wrong, including the lockbox code. Sunrise was awesome!

A slice of heaven

The place was super cute, no very clean. There was miscommunication with check in on their part. Code to get the key to get into the place was wrong. Took a while to finally get in. Then there was supposed to be a set of keys in the place but they weren’t there. Once we got through the first day it was a very enjoyable experience. The sunrises were amazing, falling asleep to the ocean sounds was amazing.

Arrived at 11 pm. Door code that was sent to phone was wrong. Took more than 30 minutes before finally got through to someone to get proper code. No windows that opened up stairs so allWeek was uncomfortable upstairs for most of the evening sleeping. Neither bathroom exhaust fans worked. Shower in lower bathroom leeks and sprays from fitting. Hot water on demand system was a real pain. Finally turned temperature down on unit so we could shower. Adjusting on tub handle did not work. Sliding door was very hard to open and close. When it rained we had to use a bunch of towels inside to catch rain that came in through top windows. Such a beautiful location just needs some tlc I think.

Amazing views of the ocean

Not ideal for 1 80yr old, 1 79 & 2 75. No elevator, too many stairs. Some of the vinyl coverings on the sliding door were falling off & those in the bedroom were dirty & non functional. Windows had to be left open & the individual slats on the bdrm window came off thru out the night. Freezer didn't make ice or give filtered water. We paid for the views & were thrilled with that.

Great location!

This property is located between Lihue and Princeville, that gives you easy access to the east and north sides of the island. Property has no AC and could use some stronger portable fans to keep you cool at night but the sea breeze is constantly there to make up for it. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook at the property and the grill pit is nice next to the pool. If you are looking for a beach you will need to go to the resort two doors down as they have a swimable beach. the pool was very nice in lieu of a beach. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would highly recommend this property.

Splendid Sunrise and Sunsets from Balcony

We were two sets of grandparents, a son and a son, wife and granddaughter renting three separate units so we could vacation together but have some space of our own. This property worked well. We like having a full kitchen when we travel, the master suite in the loft was wonderful at night with the sound of the surf and the breeze from the open patio door. I think we spent an hour on the balcony each morning and night watching the sunrise and set.

Great setting with some improvements recommended

The property was a great location and being on the top floor facing the ocean was wonderful. It also allowed us to leave the sliding door open without concern to allow the ocean breeze in since there is no air conditioner. The property could use some updating with paint touch ups and some items replaced that are getting rusty from the ocean air. The storage closets could be better organized and a list of how things work would be helpful.

We were quite pleased with our stay A303 Kapaa Shores. The unit is very nicely decorated and has all the necessities. The location in Kappa is somewhat central to travel to the north and south of the island. The ocean view is wonderful. The WIFI modem crashed. The management team came within an hour, picked up the faulty unit, exchanged it for a good one and stayed to make sure we had WIFI again. All was done in 2-3 hours on a Sunday! Very good service. Apart from a few minor quibbles every thing was fine for us and I would definitely recommend the place.

Great View

Overall good location. The place itself was fine for my 4 person family and the view was spectacular. Quiet area which we liked. We enjoyed using the pool onsite.

Nice ocean front condo

Its always nice falling asleep listening yo the ocean. Condo has vaulted ceiling’s for nice open feel.
