Everything in condo was as described and was well stocked. Air conditioning worked great and appreciated. Communication with owners was quick to respond. They kept in contact with us as we got to experience Hurricane Lowell. The location was perfect to go anywhere on the island.

We fully enjoyed the beautiful views! The beach was so clear. The condo was perfect for the four of us. I would have enjoyed the pool if it was warm but seem cold to us otherwise, I highly recommend it.

This was a beautiful, well stocked unit with A/C!! It had lots of different kinds of dishes and pans as well as BBQ utensils to use at the shared BBQ’s. It was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. This unit is just a few walking steps to the beach and you can listen to the waves while you sleep. It also had beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards available. Our host was exceptional with communication as well as giving good tips and things to do in the area with their guidebook. We will stay here again. This is definitely a gem!!

Beautiful, Quiet Oceanside Condo

Beautiful Oceanside condo. Stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable mattresses. I slept so well with the windows opened feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves. The condo is in a quiet area and across the street from a shopping center with a grocery store. Coconut marketplace is a short walk. Kapaa is centrally located with a beautiful drive to all locations and activities on the island. Check in and communication with owner was easy.

Relaxing, Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this boutique condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being on the first floor was a big plus — no stairs to worry about when bringing in luggage or groceries. The building is quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C kept the place cool the whole time.We loved how close it was to the beach — just steps away — and the sunrise and sunset views were beautiful. It’s also an easy walk to the Oasis restaurant next door, and the location of the condo made it convenient to get around the island. The owners were great to communicate with — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay! The condo was immaculate, comfortable, and convenient. The beds were comfy, great pool and beautiful view! Air conditioning was perfect and cool! Reserved parking and laundry in the unit. Cindy checked in frequently and asked if we needed anything. We used it as our home base and explored the whole island. We walked to Safeway across the street. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Our Condo and lanai are the perfect place to sit and have coffee and enjoy beautiful sunrises. We love Kapaa and our location as it is central on the island so you can drive either direction to explore other sides of the island without spending all day in your car. We have a grocery store and multiple restaurants within walking distance, and downtown Kapaa is just down the road. We have a walking/bike path in both directions from the condo and the famous Waipouli Beach Resort is right next door.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We are less than 8 miles away from the airport, less than 100 feet from our sandy beach and the perfect locations for exploring the island. We also have 2 pools, one just 20 feet away, bbq's and a rec. room with a ping pong table.
