Located in Kapaʻa, this 2-bedroom condo offers an enjoyable stay with 1 queen bed and 1 king bed. The property comes with essential amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washer/dryer. Guests can relax in this adorable and peaceful space, perfect for both short getaways or extended vacations. Our 1st floor updated unit is just 20 feet away from the pool and the lanai is perfect for enjoying coffee and breakfast with an ocean view. Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the lanai or walk down to the beach less than 100 feet away. We are also right by bike/walking paths going both directions towards downtown Kapaa or Lydgate Beach. Free assigned parking is available on site. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Great location, everything you’ll want to do or see is 45 minutes either direction. Nice variety of restaurants within short walking distance, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We fully enjoyed the beautiful views! The beach was so clear. The condo was perfect for the four of us. I would have enjoyed the pool if it was warm but seem cold to us otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Relaxing, Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this boutique condo. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being on the first floor was a big plus — no stairs to worry about when bringing in luggage or groceries.The building is quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C kept the place cool the whole time.We loved how close it was to the beach — just steps away — and the sunrise and sunset views were beautiful. It’s also an easy walk to the Oasis restaurant next door, and the location of the condo made it convenient to get around the island.The owners were great to communicate with — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Quiet Oceanside Condo

Beautiful Oceanside condo. Stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable mattresses. I slept so well with the windows opened feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves. The condo is in a quiet area and across the street from a shopping center with a grocery store. Coconut marketplace is a short walk. Kapaa is centrally located with a beautiful drive to all locations and activities on the island. Check in and communication with owner was easy.

My husband and I live in California but love to travel! Scott is an RN and I am an Occupational Therapist. Some of the places we have traveled include Thailand, Japan, Greece, Italy, Finland, London, Peru, Nicaragua, and Columbia. We always use Airbnb when we travel and try to make sure we always provide amenities and customer service that we would expect as travelers. Seeing our guests happy and leaving wonderful reviews, makes us happy and we are always striving to do better. We love Kauai and visit multiple times a year. We enjoy snorkeling, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and going for long walks along the ocean.

Our Condo and lanai are the perfect place to sit and have coffee and enjoy beautiful sunrises. We love Kapaa and our location as it is central on the island so you can drive either direction to explore other sides of the island without spending all day in your car. We have a grocery store and multiple restaurants within walking distance, and downtown Kapaa is just down the road. We have a walking/bike path in both directions from the condo and the famous Waipouli Beach Resort is right next door.

We are less than 8 miles away from the airport, less than 100 feet from our sandy beach and the perfect locations for exploring the island. We also have 2 pools, one just 20 feet away, bbq's and a rec. room with a ping pong table.
