Hanesbee Escape is a charming and refreshing newly-built home located directly on Lake Norman that offers a warm and welcoming escape from your busy schedules and comfortably accommodates 12.

The heart of the home welcomes you with an open living/dining/kitchen area coupled with a peaceful screened porch. This is the perfect space for your family and friends to gather for idyllic lake memories of your time spent at Hanesbee Escape.

Also on the main level you will enjoy a quaint bunk room containing 4 extra-long twin beds as well as a spacious king master suite including serene lake views. The upper level boasts 3 additional sleeping areas comprised of two extra-long twin beds, and two separate king rooms with their own private ensuite bathroom.

The amenities of the outdoor space are plentiful! Located in a quiet cove with year-round deep water, you and your friends will have many options for spending time in the sun. From the large, shaded patio overlooking the lake to the spacious beach area to the private covered dock, there is an abundance of space for all to take part in the many activities Lake Norman offers.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 12; maximum daytime occupancy is 20.The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
