Open space concept with Gourmet kitchen and a fine Dining area, Living room with entertaining area and fireplace and an unobstructed view to the Waterway and Preserve, 4 spacious Master Suite bedrooms with 4 luxury full bathrooms, leisure room and a bar with kitchenette upstairs. Only premium materials were chosen for this vacation Villa. Granite counters and leather furniture, high-grade wood floors, floor tiles and bathroom interior, stainless-steel and energy-efficient appliances. The entire Villa Noumena is tastefully decorated with works of art from a Swiss artist. The large pool area offers an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a lot of space to enjoy the view and sun in the cozy chill-out area, the oversized pool, and the Jacuzzi.
