This is the 2nd time we stayed at the property, the kitchen had what we needed, the place was clean and had plenty of towels and linen. Even when we lost power due to a major storm that hit the area we still had a good time. I just wish we had planned ahead and had lanterns or a few candles during the power outage.

My second time staying in this wonderful home- this time I stayed a week. I’ve been looking forward to the getaway all year, and this house doesn’t disappoint. A perfect home if you have pets, the house is cozy. Warm. Inviting. Charming. So relaxing, with the extra large fenced in yard, the outdoor fire pit and super comfy chairs, I sat and read books listening to the ocean for many hours. The best part is the property owner, super in tune with making sure everything is ok and I don’t want for anything. She has a gift for knowing what is needed for a relaxing and peaceful time. I truly feel like I’ve made lifelong friends. Looking forward to my next getaway and honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here. Thank you so much!!

We had a lovely time, especially enjoyed seeing our pups be so comfortable and having fun exploring the great yard. It was rare and wonderful having a fully fenced yard!

The yard was big and a great place for our pup to roam. The kitchen was well supplied for simple home cooked meals. No traffic noise from Hwy 1 during our stay. We loved the access through the back gate to the dunes and the beach, with few people. The house was comfortable during the evenings. We did have a bit trouble getting sound while watching Netflix. Thank you for sharing your beach home!

This beach house was great. Quiet location and very comfy. The secure yard was great for our 2 dogs. Nice trail that connects, just up the street from the house that goes about a mile and half out to the campground and community center, great to take a walk with the dogs. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and the bed was comfy. Great Wi-Fi! Nice sitting in the yard and listen to ocean. Highly recommend!

Amazing as it was the last time we stayed. Thank you for the amazing gift of your home as a vacation rental. Well equipped, incredible location, close to shopping, hiking, beaches. Property is private, well kept and stocked. Very easy access in a quiet neighborhood. We will be back!

This is the third year in a row we have stayed at this property and we have already reserved it for next summer. Everything was fully stocked and very clean as always. We really appreciated the shade cover in the yard. The yard is perfect for relaxing with a fully fenced yard for our dog.Its the perfect beach house for us.

This is our second stay and once again webhad an amazing time. The location near the beach is amazing, and lots of quaint services are within 5 minute drive. Overall, wonderful! We have rebooked for October already!

On the edge of paradise!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach cottage. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Communication and ease of entry were perfect. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely book here again when we come back. I am attaching a picture of the beautiful succulent in the patio area.

Hidden gem on Sonoma Coast

This vacation property was great, fully stocked, cozy, and had alot of personal touches with a sort of coastal bohemian feel to it. The outdoor space was huge with nice furnishings, fire pit and the sound of the ocean-tons of potential for outdoor games and fun! The only downside was that the charcoal grill was a bit rundown. We loved the neighborhood and close proximity to the beach and will definitely be back!
