Modern luxury on Capitol Hill

Close to Eastern Market and the Library of Congress. Modern, Spacious and on The Hill. This flat has three beds, one full in the bedroom, and a twin and pullout loveseat in the living space (see pictures). High-end appliances including an induction stove, washer/dryer, dish washer, shower and tub, and two televisions...the works!

Metro accessible and walking distance from Eastern Market. No onsite parking. Street parking is free at night, but you have to move your car every 2 hours during the day.

The location was perfect for sightseeing as it is close to the Capitol, a subway stop and a market. The place was clean and as advertised. Communication with host was easy and prompt. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful accommodation in a safe, quiet and convenient location, walkable to the Capitol and the political hub of DC. We would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Great location. Very clean. Plenty of room for 2 people. Loved the Eastern District.

The property overall was nice and good for price. I did not like the fact that less than 24 hours before check in, I got a call they were moving us to an upgrade due to a long term renter. Didn’t feel that was appropriate. The listing said no parking but when they upgraded me they said we could park in the alley. So I cancelled the parking spot I had reserved. The second day of the trip the owner called and wanted us to move the car, as the neighbor was having a party. She advised we should park on the street as they do not offer parking. I told her that’s not what we told. I also advised she never answered my email 6 weeks prior asking about parking no apology offered just said it was in the listing. Well if all details were in the listing I would not have emailed her. I asked about the info for check out as nothing was provided and again she states it was in the app. It was not and she abruptly ended our phone call and later texted she has to go as she was enjoying July 4th in Alaska. I told her I was trying to do the same! Also I sent her a screen shot from the app which said the host would provide check out info. The bed was listed as king size and it is not! Also there is no full size fridge, and no freezer in the unit. There is a small wine fridge type appliance. There are two in the garage but both were labeled family use only. Also the air conditioner was on a nest thermostat that I think was programmed. It was 100 outside and when turned down it would change back.
