Welcome Sea Breeze: Welcome Home Rentals Jax Beach manages this property exclusively. It is just .5 miles from the beach!
Sea Breeze is a unique, modern, upscale beach getaway with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths in a quiet beach neighborhood. The home is 8 blocks, approximately 0.6 miles from the beach. The retreat features an open floor plan that is perfect for your stay. All bedrooms are on the second level, allowing for ample open space on the first level. The private heated pool, outdoor shower, comfortable seating, and gas grill will enable you to enjoy the beautiful days in Jax Beach. There is also a sparkling AirStream in the backyard equipped with a card table and bench seating, making it a great place for the kids and kids at heart to hang out and play board games and enjoy. The game room features ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, a vintage arcade, and a TV lounge.

Fun Family Spring Break

Family visit

This home was perfect for a multi-generational family get together. Any questions I had were answered promptly. We had such a great time in the pool and game room. Bedrooms are spacious. The grandmas loved the airstream! The home is convenient to beaches and shopping and restaurants. Would happily stay there again!

We had a great stay at Seabreeze. Quiet neighborhood convenient to the beach and many dining options. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. We really appreciated the supplies on hand like ziploc bags, wrap and detergent- so nice not to have to bring or buy.

Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Jacksonville! We had 8 adults and 5 children (ages 1-4) and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The property was very clean and updated. The game room was so cool and the pool was perfect. There is a park close by we could walk to with the kids and there were lots of restaurants near by. Definitely would recommended!

Remote Work / Golf Trip

Fabulous property! We stay in a lot of VRBOs and this one was one of our favorites! Walkable to beach & dining. Extremely clean and well stocked. Great pool & patio. Fun game room. Highly recommend this place!!

BEST FAMILY VACATION HOUSE E V E R !!!!!!

I don't have enough space to write all the great things about this home but absolutely need to let you know that Heather from welcome home rentals went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate our every need. She even had a Happy Birthday Sign up and ready for my grandson when he arrived because it was his 9th birthday!!!! This home had everything you needed and not just any type of appliances but good ones if you know what I mean. We had a few issues during out stay but they came our so quickly and took care of them. I wish we could have stayed another week at least but kids had to get back to school up North. I would HIGHLY recommend Welcome Home Rentals and this House for sure when staying with a family of 10!!!!!

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

This was an excellent listing and location for a multiple family vacation - 4 adults and 4 kids had plenty of room. The house is well stocked and equipped, we were able to cook/bbq without any concerns. It was a very short ride to the beach and it was a bonus that we could use the beach chairs, wagon and toys while we were there. We also loved the layout of the home..with two downstairs living spaces (the living room and the garage hangout) it made it easy to have adult space vs kid space during our stay. Would highly recommend! We’d book again in a heartbeat!

Weekend getaway

Awesome location and great little house. Hot water was intermittent, I believe that cabin shared a water heater with the cabin connected to it. So depending on when the neighbors would shower would determine the hot water situation. All in all, was a great place and in the best location

Weekend get away

After our first VRBO canceled (stating they sold the house) I was worried about finding a comparable replacement. Seabreeze exceeded our expectations with location, service, and amenities. The house is as pictured, clean and has every amenity you would need. The Airstream adds a perfect ambiance to the background and the gameroom was enjoyed by all ages. I recommend this property for families or groups. I know we will be back!

Spacious first floor with everything you need.

This house layout is perfect for 6-8 adults. All the beds are upstairs, downstairs is open an open floorplan. Lighting in garage was a little dim for shuffleboard and ping pong, but we moved some laps and we're fine. Late night lounging around the pool was great. Thanks Mike!

GREAT PROPERTY

Highly recommend this property. It had all the comforts of a home and the amenities of a resort. Fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, bath products, great garage converted into game room and a beautiful pool. Management responded to any questions quickly and even recommended a golf cart rental literally not a si gle thing negative to say. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely return

We loved this home. The pool was heated as promised. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms comfortable. Proximity to JAX beach allowed for daily morning strolls. Overall 5/5.

Labor Day Get Away

Arrived at check-in time and realized I had misplaced the entry code. As soon as I messaged Mike, I got a email with all the instructions I needed to get in. The pool is cool. The camper is dapper. The house is clean and the location is close to all the restaurants and attractions.

Sehr gute und sehr saubere Unterkunft

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist an alles gedacht und nichts fehlte, man konnte die Koffer auspacken und der Urlaub begann. Man fühlte sich gleich wie zu Hause. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber und wir genossen sehr.

Multi Generation Family Vacation

Our family of 8 (4 generations) had a wonderful stay. This was a special trip for our family. We are vacationing with my mother inlaw(who has Alzheimers), sister inlaw and her husband along with one of our sons and two of our granddaughters. My mother inlaw won't remember any of it, but we will. ❤ The house and back yard oasis was perfect. There was something for everyone...our grandchildren loved the airstream and pool. We cooked in for most meals and kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and the beach was family friendly. Game room was great but we didn't really use it much as we had great weather and spent most of our time outside. Plenty of space for everyone to be in the backyard together. We always book through VRBO and as usual we were not disappointed and everything was better than described and the pictures don't do it justice. Highly recommend!!

One of our best vacations

This was truly one of our best vacation houses.Everything was perfect. The pool with the retro camper made the backyard an oasis. Our entire family enjoyed the rec room and arcade game. Being close to restaurants and groceries was a plus...very clean and everything as promised. We definitely plan to return.

Great property! We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great except for some electrical issues with outlets, lights & 2 tv's not working , (not a huge deal since there is a tv in every room) they attempted to correct it with no luck. Other than that it was awesome! I highly recommend this location and the property management team was great and attentive to our needs.

Perfection

The house was very clean and beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was fully equipped. The kids loved the game room and we all LOVED the pool. The beach was not that far away and so nice the property provided beach chairs, cooler, wagon ,umbrella... All our needs were met. Can't say enough good things about this place- perfection says it all. We would definitely stay again!!

Exceptional Property, Location with Access

This house was exceptional in nearly every way. Our family of 10, with 3 kids, spent the days walking to the beach, playing in the pool, and wearing ourselves out in the game room. The kitchen was surprisingly well appointed - we were never lacking for anything - and the *7* TV's in the house were great for watching the games. A large dining room table accommodated everyone and the beds in 4 bedrooms allowed all four family units the spaces they required. Plus we brought the dog! When contacted about a few minor items, the host was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Instructions for check-in and out were clear and easy. All in all, the week we stayed was worth the expense and we would stay again!

Dream House

Dream house! Really nice indoor / outdoor vibes and a pool to die for! This house has everything. The Airstream was a super retro touch and we loved being able to wash beach sand off in the outdoor shower. Our family stayed for a short school holiday as a relaxing escape, the surroundings were quiet and there were some really nice walkable cafe’s for a slow morning. Key factor was that it was a close walk with young kids to the beach. We had really nice weather so afternoons were basically lounging by the pool with the kids bouncing between the top notch game room :) and the pool. Before we left the kids asked if they could move in, haha…sorry kiddos! Thank you again Mike - Giving it 5 stars for really well thought out details for families like ours.
