Welcome to Indigo House: This house is managed by Welcome Home Rentals Jax Beach. Indigo is your ideal beach vacation home, conveniently located just eight blocks from the shore. This spacious retreat features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, two well-equipped bathrooms, and a thoughtfully designed open-concept living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and boasts an oversized island, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The living area offers comfortable seating and a large TV for your entertainment.
Step outside to the private, fenced backyard, where you'll find a heated saltwater pool, an inviting outdoor dining area, and a gas BBQ grill, ideal for enjoyable al fresco dining. The professionally landscaped yard provides a serene setting for relaxation and entertainment.
The Indigo House is conveniently situated near all of Jax Beach's hot spots, shops, and restaurants, offering the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. With its tasteful decor and extensive amenities—including games and thoughtful extras for a comfortable stay—this beach house is the perfect choice for your next getaway.

POOL HEATER WINTER MONTHS
The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
