THE SPACE

HH 314 sits on the 2nd floor of Highland House — one of Snowshoe's newest and best-located buildings, positioned right between Expedition Station and Allegheny Springs in the heart of Village Central. Step out your front door and you're directly in the village — dining, shopping, the shuttle stop, and ski locker access are all within 60 seconds.

This studio sleeps 4 and is best for couples or a small family who want true ski-in/ski-out convenience, stunning sunrise mountain views from the private balcony, and an upgraded kitchenette with quartz countertops. It's cozy and efficient — not a massive suite — but the location and access more than compensate.

Cute and cozy

The location of this property is outstanding! The Highland House is centrally located and easy to access. The pictures show a table which is no longer, but the kitchenette is updated and new. Everything was great. It’s a bit of a tight fit for 4 people, but doable. For a quick weekend trip it was perfect !

Great Location and value!

Booked this location the weekend before Christmas. Considering it was the holidays, the price was extraordinarily low (around $150 a night). Talk about terrific value being smack-dab in the middle of Snowshoe Village. Check-in was easy (we actually checked-in two hours early), and the unit was clean and warm. By no means is this a luxury room, but it slept my wife and I plus our two kids (ages 5 and 3) just fine. The pullout bed wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world, but it got the job done. Decent sized fridge, nice TV, and plenty of counter space. Considering how expensive rooms can get on the mountain, this unit was a gem. Obviously you gotta manage your expectations a bit, but you can't beat the price and location. We will definitely be back.

Terrible check in

We had to wait until 5pm to check in. When we arrived at 5:15 and entered the condo, it was disgusting. Dirty plates, laundry, bedding, and garbage everywhere. And it smelled really bad.

Our check in time is 5PM and was communicated to guest multiple times. Our housekeeping missed cleaning the room which was an honest mistake. We moved the guest to another clean room right away. We also provided them later check out till 3pm instead of 11am. We more than made up for the mistake immediately. I was expecting guest to consider that in her review.
