The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming 220 m² house for rent in Gérardmer, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 100 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 5,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 100 m² living room with sofas, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and bathroom with bath and shower

First floor
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bedroom 3: a single bed and a cot
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An 80 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden surrounded by the Vosges departmental estate, offering a peaceful, natural setting with a river nearby.

The house is ideally located in Gérardmer, in very pleasant surroundings.

Activities :
Enjoy skiing in Gérardmer or La Bresse, as well as numerous water sports on Lake Gérardmer. You can also enjoy hiking, dirt biking, tennis, padel and much more at La Mauselaine in Gérardmer.
At La Bresse, Verticales Vosges offers climbing, via ferrata, canyoning and many other adventures.
In terms of culture, Alsace is just 45 minutes away, with its famous vineyards and a wide variety of museums.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private garage and car park or in front of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:

- Free WiFi available (fibre optics).
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €10/stay (maximum two pets). Payment must be made directly to our partner on site. A dog crate and cat tree are available.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- For your safety and that of the owners, the house is equipped with security devices (camera overlooking the entrance to the accommodation).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the scheduled times is subject to the availability of the concierge service. A flat-rate supplement of €40 will be charged for arrivals between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., payable on site. It is also possible to arrive between 9pm and midnight, subject to a surcharge of €50, also payable on site.
