You will be staying in an 18th century building, between Bandol and La Ciotat, very close to the effervescence of southern life: the lively terraces, the ice cream vendors, the restaurants, the colourful markets, and yet set back.
The studio, a former presbytery of the chapel, renovated, is full of charm and close to everything on foot.

The studio, with a capacity of 2 people, consists of:

* a fully equipped kitchen (with Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, top fridge, induction hob, microwave-grill, utensils, dish towels and crockery)
* a living-room, open to the kitchen, with a new sofa bed for 2 people (BZ system, 140 cm, excellent sleeping) equipped with a 102 cm TV
* a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet.
* a balcony

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with individual access via a staircase (8 steps), leading to the balcony in front of the front door.

The nearest parking lot, free from 1/11 to 31/01, is about 70 metres away.

End of stay cleaning is included. However, it will be necessary to make the studio clean and tidy.

Rental for a minimum of 2 nights out of season, and weekly (Saturday to Friday/Saturday) in July and August.

Check-in time: between 17:00 and 19:00
Check-out time: before 10:00 a.m.
At your request, these times may be modified according to other bookings and after agreement between you and us.
Please note: we will welcome you in person, and will be present for your departure.

Minimum age of the renter: 23 years old

Non-smoking apartment (an ashtray is placed on the balcony)

Pets not allowed

Parties and gatherings are not allowed in this accommodation.
Commercial photography and filming is not permitted without our express consent.
No noise after 10:30 p.m. out of respect for the neighbours.
