Note that Suite 2 comes with its own guest-available washer/dryer in a portion of the garage. The remainder of the garage space is utilized for property management and is not useable for guests.



Other Things to Note:

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please call repeatedly if emergency needs arise in the middle of night.



👉Strict no pets policy ($150 fee if pets are on-site)

👉Strict no smoking of any kind ($150 fee for additional cleaning)

👉Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am

👉Only registered guests allowed on property



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in and check-out are all done remotely to give our guests a smooth and seamless process for coming and going. We are always available via message or text if the need arises.



Guest communications/check-in information is handled via unique guest links to our website. This will be handled off of Airbnb working through our systems to deliver the highest quality experience we can.

Great place

Clean well furnished home. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable. I use Vrbo a lot for work and this place was one of my favorites. I would definitely stay here again. My only critique would be the faucet water does not taste great. we grabbed some bottled water and enjoyed our stay.

This is an absolutely FANTASTIC property. I was totally and completely thrilled with the accommodation. And the property owners are friendly, courteous, attentive, and very easy to work with. I'm bringing my wife to Alaska next year and we're DEFINITELY staying at this property!

Listing showed wrong street number address and also listed as a 4 bathroom instead of a 2 bathroom. Once we found the house we enjoyed it very much but was a little disappointed not having at least a 3rd bathroom.

We were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this property was. It has a beautiful view of forest and mountains. Moose roam the backyard from time to time. We actually got to see them. The house is very clean and upto date. We would definitely stay there again. We met the owner and enjoyed chatting with him. Couldn’t of found a nicer place to stay. We were there a week. Only 1hr from airport. GPS gets you there easily.
