This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath end-unit is your perfect Alaska base—conveniently located just 5 minutes from Settlers Bay Golf Club, 10 minutes from Wasilla shops and dining, and 30 minutes from scenic Hatcher Pass for hiking, skiing, or northern lights.

Upon entering through your private entrance, you'll be welcomed by in-unit laundry, complimentary coffee/tea, and a warm, inviting space. Whether exploring local attractions or escaping winter from Anchorage, this peaceful retreat offers an unforgettable Alaskan getaway.

We booked this comfortable little town house for 4 adults and 4 kids. We were immediately impressed upon arrival with the cleanliness and how well outfitted the home was: we were left wanting for nothing. There were snacks and coffee in the pantry, ice melt and sand for the driveway in the heated garage, and a whole shelf of incidental items availlabe. When we got a decent snowfall overnight the host, Luke, was in the driveway the next morning with a plow truck to ensure we weren't inconvenienced. He was very nice and made sure our every need was met. Thank you, Luke, for making our trip such a memorable experience!

Everything was clean and enjoyable. I was a property manager and know what it takes to keep a clean property. The pantry was stocked with water and soda's the laundry room was stocked with detergent making the later check in that much easier. I am going to book again and recommend all to book here.

The best value so far.

We have taken Alaska trips for the past four years. This place was a cheaper option for a solo trip to look at real estate. Wow, very impressive. I wish we found this place earlier. Central location, value, size, cleanliness, great host, and all the immentiies. If the house deal falls through we will be back.

Great first VRBO experience!!

Property was clean and well stocked for our family of six (6). Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Host was kind and thought of everything from coffee to laundry detergent, will definitely return.

Best place to stay in the valley

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Those was the most well stocked place I have ever stayed. We wanted for nothing. The view was amazing and the fire pit area was a bonus. We didn’t get to put much time in as we’d were up for a wedding but I would definitely stay again!! Very clean, good communication and just all around excellent satu!

Perfect location

We greatly enjoyed the rental. At first we wasn’t sure about it being a townhome, but how they have it set up makes you feel like it’s a private house. Everything was clean and ready for us. My wife used to clean houses and commented how clean it was. Communicating with the owner was easy and professional. Definitely would stay here again.

Great get away!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay while in the area. It is huge and offers plenty of space for spreading out. Well maintained. We enjoyed coming together at the end of the day with a fabulous place to meet up and refresh.

Great location

We loved this place. We stayed 10 nights. We arrived to a clean house that was stocked with all the necessities. The town house is the perfect location to Denali, Anchorage, and Palmer all just a short drive down the road. We can’t wait to visit again!

Nice place

This place was great! It’s close to a grocery store and other shops and super easy to get to the main part of Wasilla or over to Palmer. I would definitely stay there again in the future!

Amazing Stay!

Townhouse was perfect for our family. Very clean and spacious. Host was very prompt with communications and accommodating. Was down for kids basketball tournament, and will definitely try to stay again for future trips.
