The Town house is located in a beautiful Historical neighborhood near FSU, FAMU, downtown area, Capitol and less than a mile from Cascade park and Myers Park. There is a Golf Course on the street behind great neighborhood to walk around and close to everything. Its a 2 story house and the bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a porch with a view of lots of trees. There is also a carport for the guest to park their car. Its an older home but very cute. The kitchen has everything and bedrooms have extra blankets and pillows but if you need more you can ask me.

Bare bones but convenient

The beds were a bit stiff, but we went for an FSU game and it was a great place to stay. Super close to everything (within 10 min drive), quieter street and super easy/plenty of parking with one dedicated spot and plenty of street parking. Would stay there again for sure.

Unexpected Stay

While visiting family Covid hit and we needed a rental quickly! Our host was very easy to work with and helped with questions immediately. House was very clean. We have a large truck and the driveway/parking was tight.

Nice trip, house in need of updates.

The stay was decent. The house was clean, but in need of updates and maintenance. The owner was aware, and trying to make it happen prior to our arrival. We were busy our entire trip, and the location was close to everything we were doing. Owner was very communicable.

Talahassee Trip

The property was listed as being in college town, but was not. It had peeling paint, cracked tiles, filthy rug and on the first night the heat went out. The manager was wonderful to communicate with and got the heat fixed immediately. The place is cute and you can tell they are making upgrades

Exactly what we were looking for

We came into town to familiarize ourselves with the various neighborhoods of Tallahassee and scope out potential areas for apartments and home shopping for an impending move into the area. The location of this property was perfect— it is right in the middle of everything. Host communicates quickly and clearly. It was a very pleasant stay. We did need to purchase dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent to use the provided amenities. Bath towels were large and beds firm but comfy.

Review of Stay

The listing of the property was as advertised. The easiness of the lock box was great. The email communications between the owner & us were prompt. The only thing that could be improved is the driveway. The entrance was very rough for our car, but we loved the covered carport.
