The Space:
The space
"Casa Punta Plata" was built in 1965. The home is approximately 1545 sqft. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, office/lounge area, laundry room, and private fenced in backyard. There is covered parking for one vehicle and an uncovered parking spot (two vehicles max). There is free high-speed WiFi. The living room has comfortable furniture and a Smart TV (Log in to your favorite streaming apps account, no cable or local channels). The recliner couch is large enough and comfortable enough to sleep on.
Two bedrooms come with queen beds. They both have dressers for your clothes. Full closet with shelves and hangers. The master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom, and plenty of closet space.
In the kitchen, there is counter space for cooking. The dining table is set for six. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. Please keep in mind that since this is a vacation home, the kitchen only has basic cookware.
NOTE: Pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items.

**Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management, that may come during your stay.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver*. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00. *Note: The $49 waiver does does not apply to same day bookings or local guests.
