Very comfortable space. Kitchen was great and had a few extras like salt and pepper and coffee and ice. Animals were super cute. Only 1 negative was the dog barked quite a bit, otherwise perfect easy space!

The hist was very responsive and prompt. The location was close to everything. The neighborhood was peaceful. The apartment had everything you could need, including some toiletries just in case you forgit something. Would stay here again!

Relaxation

Wonderful Stay!

Bonita’s property was exactly as listed. I stayed a whole month wanting relaxation. That is exactly what I got. Bonita is a wonderful host and immediately answered any questions I had. I loved watching the horses and being greeted by the dogs. I will definitely be staying again in the future if available.

Quiet Getaway

This was a great place to stay! It was quiet and we loved all of the animals. It was so close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was also a great value as well.

Great Florida Visit

We had an amazing vacation at this great Florida gem. It’s so close to everything Homosassa. Host was wonderful!!! Home was very nice. We are repeat customers and will be back again. When you stay make sure to say hi to Raven.

Perfect nature getaway

If you enjoy the country life, animals, and overall quietness away from the hustle and bustle of the city life... You'll enjoy your time at Bonita's property! Very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Raven, the Great Perenise is a sweet heart, as well as all of the other animals on the property. Pretty much everything you will need is located in the upstairs apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

Roomy loft with nice private outdoor space

I liked this property above a quiet storage barn/garage. There are horses out the back by the patio, and resident sweet dog and cats who will make friends if you'd like to, which I initiated, all nice bonuses as an animal lover. Loved the private patio space. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet as any I've found in most places. The loft has all the basics as listed; I found it more than adequate for a long weekend. A thoughtful touch is plenty of empty cabinet space to unpack your food if you'd like. There's something in the kitchen window that throws prisms of rainbows far into the room late afternoon- really cool! Bonita is an attentive and friendly host who also gives lots of privacy. Quick communications. At the time of my booking, she did require the VRBO sponsored insurance with a private company. It is supposed to be automatically refundable but it's been 2+ weeks and no refund. Following up with VRBO they just tell you to contact the insurance company, all a hassle I don't think a guest should have to follow up on. It's my only downside to the stay which may well rectify itself soon if the refund shows up as it's supposed to, but my review window closes today and Bonita deserves all the positives shared here. Aside from the insurance issue, I would stay here again.

Quiet and homey

This property was just what I needed! A quiet, comfortable country setting close to Crystal River. The property was clean and full of all the amenities required for a relaxing stay. I loved being able to sit on the deck in the morning and watch the horses quietly munching on their breakfast and every time we came and went, we were greeted by the family cats and beautiful dog, Raven! ❤️

Girls trip

My daughter and I stayed here for a girls trip. The place was just right for the two of us. The back deck is nice to sit and listen to the birds and look at the horses in the morning. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close enough to the activities in the area.

Barn Apartment

This was a cute place, neat, and clean. It was very quiet in the country like setting. The bed was super comfy and it had one of the best TV packages that we have ever encountered. Our host, Bonita was great, very friendly. I would definitely consider staying again sometime. We like to golf and this made a nice home base for us. Our month flew by.

Great location

We were visiting to enjoy the area and this place was in a great location within a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The kids enjoyed watching the horses and ducks from the back deck. The owner was very nice and was quick to answer any questions we had.

Best Vacation Ever.

The house was a perfect location and super clean. Perfect size for my husband and I and our 12 year old son. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast, fix sandwiches for lunch and cook dinner every night. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch, relaxing, and watching the horses, ducks, chickens, and rooster was added fun. Totally recommend this house for a great vacation getaway.

Rustic on a small farm setting

Rustic stay on a small farm setting with horses and chickens in view off the second story apartment deck. Bonita was responsive and even went out and got crab crackers for us when she asked to borrow a hammer for stone crab.

Great Property

This was just a great property overall! Totally enjoyed my stay. The owner had a lot of amenities that I wasn't expecting..such as coffee pods, bathroom necessities, plenty of towels and face cloths, as well as salt and pepper shakers. The beds were amazing..I am trying to find the same ones! Thank you!
