When you need a relaxing beach get away, look no further. We are located in a quiet neighborhood right on the bay and very close to Bethany Beach. The views from our roof top decks will inspire your journey to relaxation. Our property has outdoor ring spotlight/doorbell cameras for your safety.

Great house for a bunch of 60 year old friends from high school and college. Plenty of parking, rooms were well appointed. Some stairs, but reasonable enough. Plenty of space for all. Kitchen was well set up for meals. Beds were comfortable. All in all a great house, property and stay.

Great property overlooking the bay. It is spacious and nicely decorated. I would give it 5 stars except for some little things like only 7 useable coffee mugs (there were 8 of us). There were not enough forks; and the knives were not adequate. Overall it was a great experience. If it could give it a 4.5-4.75, that would be the most accurate representation of how we valued the property. Thanks for making it a lovely time in Ocean View DE

We had a great stay and everything was top notch. It was slightly inconvenient to not have the linens, towels and paper towels, etc since we were traveling from out of town, but other than that it was great. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area. The house was spacious and host was very responsive and helpful.

Great Location, Beautiful Place

Great house in a perfect location. Close to downtown and the beach. Was perfect for a long weekend stay. The top deck at night was a great spot to do some stargazing.

Great stay on the bay!

We loved our visit staying at this property on the bay. The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and the house was breathtaking! It worked out perfectly for a long weekend with our two families. If we are in the Bethany beach area again we will definitely consider this house as an option again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, well kept and great location. Our code did not work for check in but the owner took care of that as quickly as possible. Tennis court code was incorrect, but we were still able to enjoy all the amenities.

We have high speed internet, and if you can’t disconnect, a fully functional office with scanner/printer etc .This quiet community just 5 mile drive from Bethany Beach and eleven miles from Dewey Beach, is also conveniently located only a mile away from the grocery store G&E , liquor store, BIG FISH restaurant and sports bar, and a golf course – par 3.

Bay views for miles

At the house we have high speed wireless internet, cable TV with every channel you need to watch (yes, ESPN channels), TV's in 4 bedrooms, 3 TV's with a DVD players, an office with a computer, printer/scanner etc. We have a fully stocked kitchen, magazines and books to read, DVD movies to watch on a rainy day, playing cards, puzzles, games, and 7 tons of A/C to keep you cool on the hot summer days. We have most everything you need to head to the beach, chairs, toys etc. Fish or Crab from local waterways and docks near the Indian River bridge. (State fishing license may be required) Fishing is not permitted from the community dock due to HOA regulations.

ALL TENANTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN LINENS, (2 KINGS, 2 QUEENS, 3 FULL, 2 TWINS), Pillow Covers (2 per bed) and TOWELS, paper towels, toilet paper etc. THESE ARE NOT PROVIDED. Linens and other items can be rented locally at https://www.coastalbeachservices.com/bethany-beach-linen-rentals/ You can call them at (302) 260-7021. They drop off Linens at the house and pick them up when you are done. Very easy and they rent anything else you might need. check out their website.
