The perfect place for game days, work days and play days. Techquila Sunrise is a newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath in the heart of the medical district just 5 minutes from Texas Tech. Less than 3 miles from Covenant, UMC and downtown. Close to nightlife on Broadway and the Depot District. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to a large park, this home is fully furnished including a bunk room that sleeps 6 and an outdoor oasis complete with firepit and games.

Easy check-in, fully stocked with essentials, very clean, extra games, perfect backyard area. Owner was very prompt in responding to my questions. Close to the university. Would definitely stay again.

Did not feel safe, sorry

I did not feel safe in this neighborhood after a street guy came knocking at the door shortly after I Arrived to this house. He would not leave until I notified police who arrived quickly! . Why this house in the whole neighborhood—- maybe I was being watched? Nothing else matters after that.

Great visit!

We had a great experience staying here and would book again! The communication with the property manager was excellent and they were able to quickly get us information that we needed for the visit. The backyard was enjoyable as well and provided a nice area to unwind in the afternoons and evenings.

Convenient

Convenient property for our needs to be with family while one had surgery. Checkin process was was simple and easy. It was a great place to take a break and relax.

We absolutely loved it!

It was a perfect weekend. We did not have to do any hard work. The place was clean and well taken care and provided with extra condiments.

Cannot wait to book again!!

We just LOVE this house. Everything from the decor, to location, to communication with the homeowner. We have stayed in a number of houses in Lubbock but this one has them all beat. I am not sure why I give this house such praise because it will only make it extremely difficult to book in the future. Ha. Do yourself a favor...book this house. You will not be disappointed. If my TTU daughter had it her way, we would by this house for the remainder of her time in Lubbock. Ha ha. Thanks again for the beautiful place to stay and even better hospitality. Until next time!!

The cutest house!!

This house was soooo cute. Did not hang in the back, but there was some construction going on it seemed. And I would have loved normal sized shampoo/cond/body wash in the shower. Other than that, it was perfect!! They had complimentary snacks and that was super sweet and handy as well 😊💗
