Inspired by the University’s Mascot, Raider Red’s Court has many amenities to please anyone that stays here. Guests from far and wide will love the sophisticated use of the iconic scarlet & black colors showcased throughout the furnishings and decor. This home is created as a welcoming backdrop for celebrating Texas Tech Pride in style complete with a Pickleball/Basketball Court in its large backyard! Along with the court, there is a firepit area to enjoy the fire under the stars. Enjoy the house while visiting the Texas Tech Campus, stay with friends on Game Day Weekend, celebrate graduations and other significant milestones, and finish your project, clinical rotation or research. Raider Red’s Court is the optimum home in Lubbock if you want to be close to campus or the hospital. This home is in close proximity to the university for basketball games, baseball games, tennis, track, and, of course, football games. The home is close enough to walk to any event on campus. Complete your projects, clinical rotations, or research here as hospitals are close by as well.

Raider Red’s Court is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home that can sleep 10-14 people comfortably. Aside from 3 king-sized beds, there is a bunk room that has 4 full-sized beds. The bunk room doubles as a game room complete with a multi-game table, card table, game boards, and a smart tv. There are smart tvs in every room including the living room. The backyard has a pickleball/basketball court, firepit and cornhole game.
