You'll love this spacious home in historic Tech Terrace right on beautiful Wagner Park with tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, a play ground, grills, picnic tables and walking paths! High Cotton is a Pet/Allergy Free home with 3 living areas, 2 dining areas, a wet bar and wine fridge. The whole family will love cozying up on a fabulous sectional sofa to watch the game. Enjoy the lovely lighted patio with a gas grill and 8 Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit while the kids play on a private backyard play set. You will be walking distance to Texas Tech and the stadium. You are also conveniently close to both UMC and Covenant Hospitals. There are 4 parking space available in the driveways. The neighborhood is full of bike paths, walking paths and there are LimeScooters on every corner. Two blocks away, you have J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, Brulee Bakery, Goodline Brewery/Taproom, and groceries! Families love staying at High Cotton! In town for a sporting tournament? You will find no better place to relax between games. You will be in the premier location in Lubbock!

Location was prime, close to campus, grocery store and cafes. Plus a park across the street. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of bathroom space. Kitchen supplied with utensils. Sitting/living areas spacious. Did not get to use the outdoor space while there but would’ve if stay was longer. Recommend.

Very clean and lots of room!

This house was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting area as well. Would stay again!

Amazing Place for a Family!

This place is all the things! Roomy, clean, comfortable, safe! It has three ‘living areas’, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2.5 baths, back patio with space to play, fire pit for the evenings and coffee nook for the mornings. The host was quick to communicate. They had a binder with notes for how to work things in the house. There was also an element of history in the house and we enjoyed looking at the authentic decor. Go check it out. You won’t be sorry.

Amazing house. Our granddaughter loved the swingset jungle gym to play on. Very nice neighborhood across from the park so we could enjoy it. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for us. Amenities were all there that we needed. When we return to Lubbock, we would like to stay there again, I highly recommend this house. Thank you very much.

This is the most beautiful neighborhood in Lubbock. You will be sitting right on the beautiful Wagner Park with lots of amenities within walking distance. A block away is another large park where people hangout with their dogs, laze in the sun or gather with all their friends. There are bike paths, walking paths and Lime Scooters on every corner. You couldn't ask for a better neighborhood!
