Spacious house of 200m2 completely renovated, you will be quiet while being close to all the amenities that the village of Pommard offers!
On the first floor, you access the house through a large space with storage and coat racks. On your right are the fully equipped laundry area, the games room with table football and television and finally the wellness area with a jacuzzi, a lounge area and a double shower. You can relax in the jacuzzi while drinking a glass of Crémant de Bourgogne!
Upstairs, there is the living space with a living room around a fireplace, a dining area for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven and microwave, hob and dishwasher and finally 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom for optimal comfort!
