Fully stocked house with everything you need. The cedar fence and covered patio in the backyard will make you feel like you're at the spa. Gas BBQ with plenty of outdoor seating for dining and lounging in the sun.

Washer and dryer is in the garage. We have smart locks and door codes will be provided to guest for access.
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking.
Pool heating is available for $60 per night (minimum of $180 per stay to cover the gas cost). Can be decided 7 days before arrival


* We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door.
* We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.

All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
