With a private entrance, up three flights of stairs (no elevator), you'll enter your very own 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo. The unit is well-appointed with new furnishings, king beds, 3 Smart TVs, and a private balcony to relax on in the evenings (or to enjoy your morning cup of coffee!)

You’re right off The Swamp Rabbit Trail and a hop, skip, and a jump to beautiful Falls Park! If you’re coming to Greenville for business or a conference, imagine staying in the heart of downtown Greenville! GSP International Airport is only 17 minutes away, and you are a mere 15 minutes from just about everything else Greenville has to offer!

This unit is convenient and comfortable, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths; the condo is 1,200 square feet of space! Girls Trip

Great location and condo was perfect place for our trip. It was cozy and clean. Beds were very comfortable and we would stay here again if ever in Greenville area. We parked our car when we arrived and walked the rest of the weekend. Balcony was perfect hangout for us at night.

Great location

Very noisy on a Friday night- lots of street racing late at night.Location was perfect - everything was provided and as expected!Would love to have had specific directions for how to operate the bedroom televisions. Never got them to operate for us.

Great location for a multi week stay in downtown Greenville. Central location made it easy to get to a number of great restaurants and entertainment spaces. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay again.

Excellent location and property

Perfect for 2 couples with 2 BR and 2 full baths. Very well maintained and appointed property with all the amenities you would expect. The location could not be better for walking around downtown Greenville

Great weekend get away

The condo is clean and perfectly located in downtown Greenville. The check in instructions were confusing. We arrive when a fire alarm was sounding. It took several calls and messages before we received a call back. The condo does sit on a noisy street but it was not an issue. We did hear about of noise on the bedroom side. A trash compactor sits outside the building and it is quite noisy. I would recommend you offer 2 key fabs. It’s very challenging when you have 2 couples sharing 1 fab. Someone always had to be there to let the other inside.

Great location!

Park your car (nearby parking garage) and walk every where else. My daughter and I walked to shop, eat, and sightsee! The condo feels like a home away from home. Has everything you need and more!

something other than a hotel

We were in Greenville for a conference and decided to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel room for a week. We saw this property and was in the perfect location of the conference and downtown nightlife. The condo was just as pictured....a great place. It was quiet and the perfect weather to sit on the balcony and have a drink after a long day. Thank you! When we are in Greenville again we will definitely look for this location again.

Perfect Stay!

An absolutely perfect location in the heart of downtown! Very clean condo!! Sound proof doors and windows. We were there during an incredibly busy weekend and never heard a thing!! Little extras like snacks were such a nice extra touch. The only issue we had was the initial check in of finding the lock box (look for "staygvl") and we didn't know how to open it. Once you enter the code on the key box, pull the front part it toward you like you're opening an oven. Our bad. GREAT PLACE and we hope to book it again soon!

Nice Place / Noisy Neighborhood

The apartment was as described, neat and clean and with all of the necessities included. Instructions were clear and accurate. Office assistance was quick and effective with our one issue with the WiFi. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is very noisy. Weekend parties across the street are loud and go late. There is lots of noisy activity in the alley behind the building. Sleep was affected.

Perfect location

Very spacious and comfortable property with a perfectly convenient location. We parked in the parking deck next door and walked everywhere. Property manager is very nice and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
