We really enjoyed our stay. We parked and didn’t need the car again until we left. Everything we wanted to see and do was walking distance and all our meals were outstanding, this was our first trip to Greenville and we shall return, The apartment was the perfect location to enjoy downtown!

Very clean, great space, you have to pay 10 a day for parking in garage, a little street noise…..but overall a great place right in the middle downtown and has all the amenities needed. Would come back again

You won’t be disappointed in this property!! It has everything you need. It was clean & comfortable and Tricia the property host checked in along the way. Its Extremely well located to everything you want to do in Greenville. We were able to walk everywhere, the car never left the parking garage. Which is conveniently located right next to the property! What an Awesome Place!!

Pictures accurately reflect excellent condition of apartment. Location and parking were outstanding for walking Main Street and the River Walk park area. Couldn’t have been better for our needs. Very safe and secure building directly behind the Westin Hotel.

Location! Location! Location!!!! This proved to be our best VRBO stay to date. Everything about it exceeded our expectations… from the 2 blue moon beers left in the fridge for us along with the creamer for our coffee, to the rose creation with the top piece of toilet paper on all the bathroom rolls. Tricia leaves detailed instructions on where to park, entry code info, restaurant recommendations and so much more. Made our stay seamless to begin and easy to depart. Can’t say enough about this little gem in the heart of Greenville.

We had an outstanding stay for a week in this beautiful, spacious condo. We walked every where, felt the amazing vibe of downtown, as we were one block off Main!! Trisha is very accommodating and thoughtful throughout our stay!

This location was perfect for our girls get away! Great location....could walk everywhere. The location was spacious and was just as described on line...nice building. The parking garage next door was convenient and reasonably priced. The host answered any questions very fast..very easy to work with. There is a lot of street noise....found the sound machine too late in the stay, but nice know that they are there in the bedrooms.

My mom and I stayed here for a weekend. The host provided excellent instructions for parking and checking in. She promptly responded and fixed a small issue we had with the TV. The place is very convenient and walkable to downtown and all the restaurants and parks. Extremely well kept property with everything you need for your stay! Highly recommend!!

I rent these types of properties multiple times a year, and this is one of the best that I have ever rented!!! Management had thought of everything! Communication was also one of the best I have ever experienced. The location is perfect!!! I will definitely rent this place again!!

Place was nice. We enjoyed our stay but very loud neighbors and traffic. Parking was a bit wonky but we dealt with it. Shower pressure was awesome so that was a plus. Cute place for sure.
