Desirable end-unit two-story townhome w/ 2 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. Updated kitchen w/ quartz countertops & farm sink. Hardwood floors throughout. Renovated master bath w/ large walk-in shower, heated floors, heated towel rack, mini-fridge & coffee station. 3 large screen Smart TVs. Stacked washer and dryer. Located at the entrance of Falls Park in the Historic West End. 2 private parking spots, walk to everything downtown. Patio furniture set & gas grill for enjoying the back patio.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Close and convenient to everything, you can literally park your car and not have to drive again your entire trip. Walk everywhere, rent bikes to check out the trail and spots a little farther away, or hop on the trolley. Uber & Lyft are also super easy to hail with wait times normally around 3 minutes or less.

We have a unique 13 unit Townhome complex that is phenomenally situated in the heart of the West End, steps from it all! There are 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the unit as well as pet areas on property. We are located at the entrance to Falls Park & the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and also steps to Main Street and all of its Restaurants & Shopping.

Nice place and great location

The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. The owner was easy to contact and communicate with. Easy walk to Falls Park and downtown Greenville. I would stay here again!

Excellent house and location

Fantastic choice. Location is awesome, really a block or two walk from all the downtown action. Beds and couch were super comfortable. Master shower is great. Nice kitchen with everything. Communication was A.

Quick trip Greenville

Perfect location- completely walkable to downtown. Super clean and comfortable. Great communication with host. Our son recently moved to Greenville- we plan to make this rental our home base when we visit.

Great stay great access to great city

Property nice clean access, neighbors nice clean surroundings and quiet. Walked to game at Fluor field within literally minutes, awesome game and venue. Walked to downtown and falls at reedy park which was also amazing. If you didn’t absolutely want to, once you arrive you would never HAVE to drive anywhere between walking proximity and the trolley system. Awesome stay we will be back and we will try and stay in same rental

Condo was clean and well stocked. Communication was prompt and friendly. We didnt have to drive anywhere . Walking distance to all things beautiful ans delicious in greenville. Also the beds ans pillows were super comfy!

Perfect Townhome!

Perfect townhome for two couples. We both had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Host provided coffee set-up along with sugar & creamer (dry). Location could not have been better, within walking distance to downtown. Excellent communications.
