I’m sorry you encountered maintenance and cleaning issues — the loose door knobs, hanging hood vent light, hair in the tub jets/drain, and the broken pool doors are not acceptable. I’ve shared your feedback with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so they can address these items and perform a full check of the unit.
